!!! STAY AWAY!!! horrible place to due business!!! I went to them and placed a $500 deposit, under the agreement that thevehicle and title would be delivered to, after a couple days I called "CJ" to get the status of the vehicle as well as the title, I was told that he was either with a customer or that he was not in, and that he would return my call, after a week of calling and getting the run around, I decided to purchase a vehicle from else where, before doing so I called "CJ" to let him know that I was about to purchase a vehicle from elsewhere unless he has the title and AGAIN he was not available to talk to me!!! So I purchased the vehicle from elsewhere and called "CJ" to request my deposit back, and again he was not available so I decided to drive from McKinney Texas to Arlington TX ( which is about 2 hour drive) and to my surprise I was greeted at the door by "CJ" whom I asked for my deposit to be returned he told me that he does not have my deposit and that its in the safe, which he would have access to later in the day and that I could come back either later that day or tomorrow to pick if up, so I called him the next day and again he was not available so I drove up there and he is sitting on his chair, I asked him for the MY DEPOSIT, he told me that he does not have my money!!! And that he wi have a check ready for me tomorrow, again the next day I arrived at there and called from their parking lo to talk to "CJ" was told he was not in, and when I walked in he was sitting right there, so this time around I am very frustrated asked for my money and was told that he does not have and just walked away, I called the cops and take them to court, arriving at the courthouse I received a call from "CJ" to tell that he was my deposit at their corporate office in dallas..... After 23 days of holding my deposit HOSTAGE I finally received it!!! ****i will never go there again!!!!!******

This is the worse place you could ever go one person will tell you one thing than another will come along and mess you over. I got a truck first week transmission went out I still made my payment plus had to pay a deductible. Two weeks before getting it back than starter than blew a tire that took the took you need to change it.Oh and the best part after putting $1600.00 tires on one man says no worries well work with you. Thats when you can get the ride woman to ever answer her phone to make a payment. I always made my payment on Saturday well dont you know that sent a wrecker at 4:30am on Saturday to get it the tow truck driver even commented on I was not the first to be getting messed over.I would not send my worst enemy to this place

The worst service every. Its an actual scheme all the cars are brought at auctions for super cheap by Adam the owner who willing knows most the cars have problems. Not only is this the only issue I faced , they will steal your payments and replace it later. Ive actually had this done to me . They have brand new cars with great bodies but the actual motor and transmission in the car has been swapped out with a junk car parts on their lot. Please ladies and gentlemen dont give yourself an headache. Between the rude unprofessional workers and raggedy cars youll never get any sleep at night. Ask yourselves why do they have brand new BMWs , camaros, Benz, etc but none of them work. Im in the process of filing a civil suit against the owner.

This place is terrible. Please dont waste your time. Youd be better off taking what ever money you saved to purchase a car and sliding each dollar bill through the shredder. I purchased a car here in November 2015. I was able to drive the car for 4 weeks and had to tow it back for repairs. They kept the vehicle for 3 months and returned it to me making weird noises in March 2016. 2 weeks, just 2 weeks later the car gave out again. Now they wont return my phone calls or emails and Im stuck with a car in my drive way that wont even start. Worst Experience ever. I volunteer to help you find somewhere else! Whatever you do, dont even purchase a piece of bubble gum from Cooper Car Center.

BEWARE!!!! read the reviews.... THEY ARE CRIMINALS and a bunch of COOKS taking advantage of those in need. They are RUDE and have HORRIBLE customer Service. The cars they have are over priced and they are ALL LEMONS! Recycled cars that have been brought back from previous customer returns, they take that same car and will sale it to you.. with out thought to FIX/REPAIR the problem even though they have a "Service Department" on site. There has to be a Law against this type of business in Texas... Worse experience ever. Youd be better off buying a BIKE from Walmart. If you know a lawyer or if you are one please contact me.

This place and all the personnel there are horrible, I have been trying to get a payoff and so has my insurance. they keep saying that they have to notify their account department.......they keep saying they will call back. when I finally called, I get one of those rude, ignorant personnel who keeps talking louder and non stop over me until nothing is resolved. You know one of those kinds that have attitude and poor poor people skills......I mean they are at work and should over talk, nor get louder and louder when a customer is asking them questions....this has been going on for about 2 months!

I had a car for 6 days. Censor out and they tired to fix it three times and then unplugged the engine light to past emissions. No good. To find out it was the heads, time chain and my car was gone for 4 and half months. No rental nor loaner. Get car back and missing bolts in front end, tires metal showing, missing emergency break boot. And they ran 400 miles on my car. I had c.d. and trash in the car. Now I have A misfire and they wont fix after only have car back 24 hours. If they decide to fix leave car for over 2 weeks. Poor customer service

Worst place ever! TWICE...ive made my payment in the morning and by the evening they still shut my car off. I went in to pay for gas and pump, got back in my car and it wouldnt start. They have no emergency line and the phones shut off around 6. I had to get my car towed to my house. I called them the next morning at 8:15 and they still werent taking calls. I ended up having to call in to work, pay for a tow while being stranded in the 100 degree texas heat, all bc their system shut my car down even though I made a payment. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

This whole experience was a COMPLETE AND UTTER DISASTER!!. Purchased a car on Friday and by that Sunday IT WAS STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD DUE TO A FAULTY TRANSMISSION.. I didnt even have the vehicle for a full 48 hours and COOPER WILL NOT CALL BACK AT ALL!!! They just keep passing you around to different people. The most unprofessional and poorly ran business Ive ever experienced... If you want a lemon and lots of unprofessionalism, this is the right spot for you!!! THEY ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING FAULTY VEHICLES..Youve been warned.
