This review is regarding the location at 2405 E. Lincoln Hwy in New Lenox: For anybody in the market for a new mattress, I cannot stress enough that you stop in and talk to Damion. Ive been in the market for a mattress for quite awhile, been in and out of a lot of stores - constantly disappointed at the lack of knowledge about the different mattress offerings and tired of feeling pushed into the first mattress we look at. The entire time I was in the store, it was evident that Damions priority was not about "just making a sale", but explaining the benefits of each mattress, showing us which beds are best for a which sleeping style, and showing us the different technologies that each of mattress offered. Damions knowledge and helpful nature - as well as their expansive selection are what made the sale. We spent a lot of time in the store, had a lot of questions, and confusions and concerns. Damion answered every one of our questions and concerns. Its clear that this Mattress Firm in particular cares about putting people into the correct mattress and not just making a sale. I cannot thank Damion enough for all the help and education - and my wife and I cannot wait for our new mattress to arrive!

Ive been to multiple mattress stores in New Lenox and American Mattress was very patient while we made our decision (weve been back 4 times). The staff is great to work with and they have the best prices in town! My son cant wait for his new bed to arrive!

Beds are so different these days and i had no clue what i needed ( or wanted) when i walked in. Tony was my salesperson and he was more than helpful. He was honest and pressure free. He gave us a fantastic deal too! Sweet dreams for us tonight!
