My wife and I needed a new bed so we went to Mattress Firm and bought a Tempurpedic. It was the most comfortable bed in the showroom. We slept on it for about 90 days and during that time discovered, that while the bed was quite comfortable, for several reasons we were not memory foam people and it was not what we needed. We were used to a more traditional bed. Eric White, who helped us during the original purchase, was also working the day I went into the store to ask about the 100 day sleep happy guarantee. Eric was surprised to see me back in the store and surprised the Tempurpedic didnt work for us. Eric just wanted us to be happy, sleep well, and find the right bed for us. So he honored the 100 day sleep happy guarantee with no hassle whatsoever. We choose a Beautyrest and had the bed swapped out a few days later. The Tempurpedic was quite a bit more expensive than the Beautyrest, so I know Eric and the company took a slight hit on the exchange, but we found the right bed that works for us. Other mattress stores guarantees dont work like Mattress Firms. If you exchange under their guarantee, you would get an equal or higher value bed and pay for it. If you exchanged for a less expensive bed, you dont get any money back. With Mattress Firm there is no catch, no hassle, and no risk. I hope you find your dream bed on the first try and dont have to use the Mattress Firm 100 day sleep happy guarantee. But if you do, it wont be a nightmare. So you can help yourself and ease into your mattress buying decision by visiting Mattress Firm and listening when Eric White asks about how you sleep and offers suggestions. Mattress Firm wants you to sleep happy and be happy.

I was verbally told (and I now see the website states) I had 120 days to return my mattress if I did not like it, however my paperwork was stamped 100 days. I called at 104 days, or something like that and was told 100 days was the limit and there was nothing they could do. I am now a year into a $2500 mattress and hate it! It is not only too soft for me and I wake sore everyday, but I feel springs in my back, but the sales guys said this bed was not made with springs?! I wish I would have fought the 100 vs 120 day policy more. This is the first time I bought a mattress from anywhere other than Macys and I will go back to Macys for my next mattress, which will unfortunately be soon. Their prices are way better for the quality you get. I am very disappointed with Mattress Firm and their inconsistent information. A mattress is a huge purchase!

Went to 3 different bed stores, and Back To Bed exceeded all the competition due to the great service provided by the store manager Chris Rega. He was very knowledgeable about all the products they offered, and the competitions imitations as well as their top of line beds. I have been in sales my whole life, and Chris never bashed the competitors, but was still able to distinguish his products from the rest. The only downfall of this experience is that I never want to leave my bed now, lol. Pleasure doing business with Back to Bed. Make sure you see Chris Rega before buying a new mattress, as he will help you understand the best value for your dollar, and what it does for you!

My husband and I had a pleasant experience working with the store manager, Adam. This store was our first stop and we had planned to price shop around. We were surprised with the options and products available. It had been many years since shopping for a mattress. Adam did not pressure us. He was extremely thorough in his presentation of each product. He answered all of our questions and we felt comfortable in our choice of mattress; accessories and the price that we paid. We received delivery of the mattress and accessories the next day. We are very pleased with the delivery team. That all went very well.

The store manager, Chris, was amazing! Upon entering the store, he greeted me right away asking if he could be of assistance. I told him the type of bed that I wanted and he presented me with my options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Chris was very patient with me while I asked him a variety of questions. I stopped in on a Friday after there store was closed and the sales rep. Chris just happend to be there. We spent about 1/2 hour asking questions about all the beds. With no pressure from him to return, I went in on Sunday to ask a few more questioins and I ended up dealing with Brad the store manager. Very knowledgable he helped us pick out our new bed. It was delivered 2 days later. The delivery guys were very efficient. Great experience with no pressure to buy there product. I would recommend.

Chris Rega, Store Manager, was courteous, informative, and accommodating. Overall experience was very pleasant and professional. Had visited several mattress stores, and knew I would purchase from Back to Bed because of the way Chris handled the entire transaction. Delivery personnel were courteous, efficient and, I had my old mattress out, new one with frame installed, all packing materials gone in 15 minutes.

Great experience - Adam is very knowledgeable, low pressure and accommodating. I needed a queen mattress/box spring/frame and Adam was able to have it delivered for me the next day (on a Sunday, no less). Very happy with the whole experience. There are three Mattress Firms in New Lenox and Id highly recommend this location - knowledgeable staff, no pressure, have inventory to match your budget.

We needed help getting an adjustable bed for a sick family member. The manager Brad went above the call of duty to get it delivered on a Saturday and matching a sale price at the same time. He accomplished in one day what others would take up to two weeks to do. The delivery guys were also very efficient. An overall great experience.
