At the end of May 2016 I spent $3100 on purchases from that store and I have had a very poor and frustrating experience with this business for the following reasons: 1-poor customer service in scheduling delivery date and time. They came on unscheduled day, and when I was not able to receive the product, we rescheduled. Later, they did not even show up on the scheduled appointment. 2-They did not show up for scheduled appointment for 3 times. 3-Their customer service skills in handling issues or complaints is extremely poor (the lady hangs the phone on me, says” oh my god” when she hears my name calling again, and puts me on hold and never picks it again”. 4-when they finally showed up for delivery on a scheduled appointment, they forgot to bring my mattress: 5-After so many calls and attempts to get my mattress delivered, they delivery it 10 days after the initial agreed upon delivery date. 6- while I had issues with delivery, they did not want to handle my concerns but rather they gave me their warehouse number that I had difficulty to reach people there and their customer service was also extremely poor. Mainly because they promised and confirmed delivery few times and they did not show up. 7- I bought a protection plan for my purchases and they promised to send the paperwork for it in two weeks. Now, 5 weeks has gone and I followed up once and I have not received any thing I am still fighting them about it. I understand that these plans come from a third party that works with them not from them directly, but they promised it will come at certain time and it did not and I followed up about 2 weeks later to see how it is and they promised they will send an email to me and papers will arrive soon. Nothing happened from all that. 8- Beside the frustration that delivery people caused by missing my mattress on delivery day, they delivered my couches with loose legs, my bed with a wrong piece that did not allow them to complete the installation. They completed installing my bed about 10 days after they delivered it. Totally disappointing and I do NOT recommend it.
Lacks in customer service by far. I purchased a dining set and bedroom set - I was told my delivery was on Friday. I received a phone call Monday telling me that my furniture would not make it Today since the truck broke down even though my delivery was scheduled for Friday. This tells you how good their communication is within the company - there isnt any. Friday comes along, no phone call the night before or the morning of to notify me of the delivery. I call around 11am they tell me im 4th in line and should be there in a couple of hours. 4:45pm still no furniture. 7pm im at the store going nuts. I realize the sales rep charged me approximately $280 less than what I was supposed to be charge - simple math is not their forte either. After pointing out their mistake which apparently was a mistake of mine, no one could be found to explain why my furniture never made it to my apartment although in their "system" it was acknowledged as delivered. Saturday comes along, and I get a call saying it will be delivered later in the day but it will be held as hostage unless I pay for their sales reps mathematical error. I told them to keep their furniture. Ohh and there is this guy there that slouches on the couches and watches tv, but for some reason no one can pick up the phone????? The furniture for what you pay is fine, if only their service was good. So far now its 2 months later right - I purchased this stuff June 9th it is now August 14th - I get a call beginning of August from Lisa claiming to give me a refund. Still no refund! Add Interest to the refund when you get to it. 2 points per month 24 points total for the year I think thats fair for a bunch of rip offs like you. Hey Jimmy Free Education you getting it? The managers joke of a philosophy.Im so sorry you actually need to be smart to have a philosophy - didnt mean to give that much credit Jimmy. Jim the manager claims to have run many businesses in his lifetime none of which were successful.
Do not buy anything in this company!!!Their service is very poor and calling their costumer service is a nightmare!!! I bought a sectional and paid in full in October 2012. The store manager (JIM) told me they will deliver in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, i havent heard from them so I went to the store (Turnersville NJ) and i was told they will deliver on Monday. Monday came, i received a phone call from their warehouse (from a lady called Lisa) telling me that they dont have deliveries in NJ on Mondays therefore it will be delivered on Wednesday. December 14,2012 @ 7 pm they finally delivered but they delivered the WRONG sectional we ordered. I called the store and Brian told me to keep the sectional and he will call the warehouse for replacement.i told him we dont have any furniture in my family room so Id rather keep this because it took them 2 MONTHS to deliver. The following morning when it is light, i noticed scratches on the corners of the sectional, took photos and went back to the store. They gave me the telephone number of the warehouse, I called them literally EVERYDAY and keep telling me they will call me back which of course didnt happen.I cant even begin to describe how frustrated and angry i became when 1 month later after finally LISA again answered the phone told me that they cant do anything because i SIGNED the delivery slip/receipt therefore i received the goods fine and that i need to talk to their warehouse manager who was NEVER there whenever i call. I no longer expect to get anything out of this nonesense. I just want to share my experience with this people so nobody will ever experience the same experience that i had.This people dont have any business doing any kind of Costumer Service Business because they dont know the meaning of this...

The guy that ran the store had a nasty chip on his shoulder. You couldnt ask him a simple question without him giving you this irritated response.I called and spoke to someone on the phone about purchasing a Mattress and Box Spring and financing it. The guy on the phone said you could pay 30% of the price of the mattress and walk out with it and pay the rest off later. The Mattress was $199 no Credit Check. There was a huge sign outside that said No Credit Check and on the Website it says no Credit Check. I went up there and the Chip on the shoulder guy told me I had to pass a Credit Check. Huh? I was also told I needed to spend $600 in order to fiance a $199 Mattress and freaking Box Spring. He got nasty when I suggested that they add this to there website and in addition, that they shouldnt advertise No Credit Check if you need one. I honestly think they discriminate against certain people that come if, If ya know what I mean.
They dont deserve the one star. I brought my furniture April 13 2016. I paid for deliver and set-up. The deliver man impatiently want to leave. Stating he had a lot of delivers to make. He said he will return the Sunday to set-up. He never came back. I called and called the store for one month. Every time they promise some one will call me back. So on may 13 3016, I called for the last time. The store Manger had the nerve to say" its been 30 days why am I calling now" and that i should come in to the store for a $20 credit for my set up of 2 beds 2 dresser 2 night and a chest drawer etc". So now Im stuck with a $4000 furniture bill and 2 full bedroom sets in boxes all over my living room. To make matter worst he said I sign a paper saying I was not ready for set-up. (A lie) which makes absolutely no sense if I have been calling for the last month and I have been sleeping on my floor. This is my worst Experience ever
