Purchased an Ace Hardware brand product here about a month ago and was told that even though the product is BRAND NEW and UNUSED, and an Ace Hardware brand product, they are still unwilling to return the item as I do not have a receipt!! And even though this item was purchased from a LOCKED CASE, they still gave me the line about people stealing stuff and they cant return it! Privately owned corporate stores like this and McDonalds, etc. are why people many times dont shop with the little guy. When youre so blatantly unwilling to bend for your customers, why wouldnt people go shop at Walmart? They dont really seem to care too much about returning a product for a customer that is under $30. What happened to the customers always right? Dont understand help place to stay in business when they dont follow this ideology. Will not be back. Will pass the word along to others that it is unsafe to spend your money here as there is no guarantee that you will be happy with your product. ** may all businesses like this go out of business to make room for better businesses with the customer in mind. I guess you guys need to be reminded that without the customer you wouldnt exist... UPDATE: Corporate called back and said that the store is willing to return the product for a cash refund as long as I bring it back and they determine that it is new and unused. Will update soon...

Walked to the store on my way home from work to see several signs that said customers must leave all backpacks at the front desk. There is no way I am turning over possession of my bag, which contains my laptop among other things, to their store employees. There is also no way I will ever shop at this place again with that policy. Ill just order online and have it delivered.

The staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints there. The only problem is, they open at 8am. This location is key for all of the professional construction trades working downtown, but we typically start at 6am or earlier. It would be nice if Ace hardware could open earlier, even 7am would be awesome.

Purchased stihls new big battery blower. Golly i love it!! I get behind and on top of 25 stacked washerz and dryers then 20 floors of 2 separate stairwells and reduced "house " dusting, not to mention blowing out debris from under the indoor and outdoor furniture. Why dust mop, blow it

Its your usual Ace Hardware, centrally located. Not a huge selection but adequate.
