Friendly staff, much more knowledgeable than other chain pet-shops. Animals in house are well cared for. They often have the sweetest cats and kittens available for adoption through North Country Animal League. The selection here is good, and so isnt the store brand. Sometimes, buying online may be cheaper though... At either rate Im here often and the store card has saved me a fair amount of money! I recommend it, its free. Ive brought both my dog and cat in (my cat is friendly and likes to go out and ride in the cart, shes odd). Outside, they have an area for dogs to go to the bathroom and clean-up bags.

been there multiple times all employes have no knowledge on what they are seeling dont want to help you with what there are doing and they make it obvious and the few that do want to help cant they just know absolutely nothing i asked a extremely simple question 7 times and the girl helping me gave a different vague answer each time she just couldnt give the answer i was looking for and it was a straight forward question and ontop of all that there prices are just way to high compaired to the petco in burlington i wish petco was in winooski if it was id be able to avoid petsmart all together

Great clean interior that smells very nice, especially for a pet store. The staff are always friendly and the lines are never long. This place is decently big so youll likely find what youre looking for. We have our dogs groomed here regularly and they do such a great job, they always smell and look great afterwords. PetSmart used to put cute little bandanas on our dogs but unfortunately ceased to do so.

The worst customer service Ive EVER seen. I had a complaint and talked to the "manager". She was awful...very rude. After she walked away from me I overheard her speaking about me to two other employees. Not even 20 feet away from me...so I said excuse me, I dont think you need to be talking about me. She walked over to me and said, excuse me? I said I can hear you talking about me...

Very unfriendly staff. Ive had tanks for years and they try to make u feel stupid about them, tell you a sertain fish you shouldnt have two of but let u buy a different fish that attacks all the others. VERY high prices. Much rather go to petco. Waste of trip and money. They used to be so good there :(

Horrible service today! Waited 2o for 4 fish than the cashiers was so rude and didnt even have the courtesy to look at me and tell me my total or ask any questions. She was rude to the man in front me us too! Definitely will be thinking about getting pet products some other place

Cute animals. Better animal conditions than my previous visits. But the staff was not attentive even after asking for help. We asked for an employee to help us. The cashier paged someone. And we waited 10 minutes for an employee who never came.

Shelby is a top notch groomer! She did agreat job on my and my mothers Bichons. From out of town we needed to have our pups spruced up. She was so caring as well as one of the better grooms our pooches have had.
