Purchased my first car here. They told me they worked with first time buyers. They did not explain that were matching me with a company that they use to get over on people. They did not explain that I was signing an agreement 26.8% interest rate on car that was listed as $7000 on the lot. with a Kelly Blue book value of $400 leaving the lot. 12 months later I owe $12,175 due to the fact the American Credit Acceptance loan company did not inform me of their simple interest loan plan which means over the last year my payments have equaled over $3000 in interest payments & $560 towards my principal balance. Also Tracy was supposed to assist me after my car was totaled. I explained my situation to her yet she still went & cancelled my Gap insurance without explaining anything to me. I had to do a lot of back & forth for an issue that has yet to be resolved but had this dealership been honest & up front I would not have bought from them. (:

My wife and I recently purchased a used 2010 Toyota Camry from this location. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, but the good times end there. We were sold a vehicle that has a broken oil drain plug. It cannot be tightened or loosened. It is stuck in place. This somehow made it through their inspection process. Since it is time for the vehicles first oil change since we bought it, we are now stuck with a $600 bill to replace the broken parts. Either they dont inspect their vehicles all that well, or they dont change the oil on used vehicles. They are not willing to help us out with this since it has been a few months... (Why would I get my oil changed any sooner if they said it was changed when we bought it!) This is completely ridiculous and makes me lose trust for dealerships. Hopefully you have a better experience, but I would take my business elsewhere.

Went to trade in my 2011 Sequoia on a 2014 4-Runner. These guys came at me for sticker on the new car and over $6000 less on the trade than they should have been. I told the sales manager he was at least $10k off on the deal, and with what they presented I could go right down the street and get into a brand new 2014 MB GL350 blu tech for an additional $5k. He really didnt offer much other then to shop my trade around to another dealer. They called the next day and magically came up with another $11k! I committed to another vehicle at that point. What kind of sales tactic is that!? Especially after being a loyal toyota owners for over 10 years and 3 vehicles. Goodbye toyota......

PLEASE READ....So my step daughter has her Highlander towed in to their service dept. (ignition coil failed and shorted out the other 5 they said) They also say that her brakes need to be replaced and one caliper is no good because the brake pistons are burned up. in short when the Mrs called me to have them explain the issues the guy had to walk away from her knowing he was caught and scrapped the original ppwk from the my wifes hand and gave her a new document pack leaving out two repairs they tried to get her for totaling 1200 dollars. I am taking this up with Toyota now.

I have purchased a vehicle here twice before and never had any issues until today. There was a man named bob who Im guessing worked at the financing department because he was wearing a white shirt. We did not even get greeted with a hello and told us he would give us 100$ on our vehicle, put the paper on the table and then walked away! I dont care who you think you are, i am a human being and should be treated as such. It didnt even matter that he totally low balled us, it was how he approached us. It was so terribly rude.

I found the car on truecar, and looked it over online. Then I called Shawna Eraca who was the sales agent, and she answered all my questions, and showed me how to get a quote for my trade in online. I did that, then went in for a test drive, and bought the car. The trade in amount was exactly what was quoted. I forgot my checkbook, so Shawna drove back to my home so I could get it. There was a delay in getting the paperwork back, but it all came eventually by fedex, and the car is great. Thanks, Shawna!

I was unimpressed by one of the sales managers, who treated me like I was stupid because I requested the back bumper of my car be repainted when it had several places that had been spot painted. When the manager, Carlos became involved, he handled the situation well. My bumper is repainted and Im happy. My salesman, Jay (Boston Jay is what they call him there) was nice and helpful, but at the end was a bit friendlier than I was comfortable with.

Horrible! Once you sign the papers everything changes. Completely unprofessional. Treated horribly. The sales manager was so rude to me. They dont care once they get your money. Please look else where. Theres better car dealerships. Im sure im not the only one who was treated badly and overcharged.

Worst purchasing experience in my life. Total sleazeballs! I was kept waiting an hour and a half on day of pickup before anyone actually saw me, and THEN was forced to listen to spiels about leasing, and all sorts of other bullshit. Id NEVER, EVER buy from them again.

The sales staff were wonderful to deal with. We dealt with Norman and Kris. Both very easy to work with. This is my second Toyota from Ft Myers Toyota/Autonation. Would recommend them to any body. Also got a great deal. Much cheaper than any other dealer

Due to low credit score our salesman, Dale Fortner handled us with upmost professionalism. He was kind, courtesy and just had alot of compassion. We drove away in perfectly fit vehicle for our budget. Thank you DALE!!♡

Me and my partner came here just to look at cars and nobody came out to talk to us. Oddly enough we went down the road to to look at other cars and ended up buying a new car that day.
