I am a primary care physician visiting this dealership with interest in the Outlander Sport. I had my eye on one particular model on the lot that did not come with remote start and fog lamps.... a must for me. I went straight to the parts department (where I think you can always get honest and straight forward information regarding the product and the dealership). Scott was there to answer all my questions regarding adding those options... (he was unaware that I was considering a new car purchase as I told him I already owned a 2016 model.) It was important to me that I did not get aftermarket parts. Scott assured me this would not be the case and that these features could easily be added with genuine Mitsubishi parts. Scott was very enthusiastic about Mitsubishi and his enthusiasm was contagious. Scott has worked with Mitsubishi for 12 years..... he knows the product!! Now excited about the vehicle, I met with Kevin in sales to take a test drive. It was immediately obvious that Kevin knew all the details regarding the vehicle and could answer all the questions including "test questions" I threw at him in which I knew the answers based on my research. I had been to a few other local Mitsubishi dealers where I was educating the salespeople regarding the vehicle. Not the case at this dealer. Kevin gave me the keys to the vehicle and told me to drive and take my time. I spent 10 miles becoming familiar with the car. I liked the steering response, brake feel, performance, and you hardly know the car is running at idle.... really quiet and smooth.....better than my parents Camry. The value, mpg, and warranty was the icing on the cake. Kevin was great in the negotiating process and the finance dept had me in and out within a half hour. Overall, a great experience. I am a first time Mitsubishi owner and so far, I am very impressed.

Absolutely horrible! My mom found a car online and called about it. She asked if it was still available and the salesman said yes and asked when she could come in. She didnt have a vehicle because hers broke down so she asked me to drive. She was so excited to get this car. We were scheduled to come in around 11am. The salesman called my mom at 10 and asked if we were still coming and we said yes. After an hour drive there, we sit down and another salesman starts questioning her about what she wants in a car. She says she is here to talk to the salesman who called her and spoke with her about the used one she liked on their lot. Not only did they try to persuade my mom into buying a new car which she told them she wasnt interested in, they told my mom that someone put a deposit on the car the night before. So not only did they lie to my mom about it still being available, we drove an hour there and they were complete assholes! They scammed us, wasted my gas, laughed at my mom when she said they lost our business and they never even apologized. Absolutely disgusted with this place! Thankfully she found another Outlander the next day and bought from another dealership. Do not trust these scam artists they call employees!

I came in on a Deceptive Advertisement posted on the Sims Website. After 2 hours of some ill prepared excuses and back-and-forth I was presented an outlandish offer along with some unwarranted condescension from the Sales Staff. What was extremely surprising was when Mr. Mark Sims was then approached by the sales manager and fed some bad information regarding the advertisement as Mr. Sims himself look me in the eye and perhaps unknowingly lied to me as he was led to believe this was the mistake of an intern... WOW. Its a shame as Ive actually had the Subaru Dealership up the street rectify the mistake and even honor a botched quote losing thousands in order to salvage the relationship of a long time customer. I wasnt prepared for Mr. Mark Sims himself to be as dishonest. Its too bad the Brunswick Auto Mart Team doesnt sell Mitsubishi as theyve always made good on their mistakes. Buyers please beware as my time was definitely not appreciated by any level of management and the disrespect I encountered on the way out was inappropriate. Sunnyside Mitsubishi is your next nearest dealer if youre in need of another dealer.

Buyer beware, mitsubishi is desperate for auto sales. I put a deposit down on a Mirage G4 but decided to back out because of the fact that Mitsubishi is doing so terribly in the US (0.6% of cars on US roads) that they may back out of US. Where does that leave your 10/100,000 warranty? To dust. I used to own an Isuzu Rodeo and had issues once they left, especially with finding parts. I had to scrap the Rodeo after no mechanic I called could work on it. That also leaves issues with resale value. The salesman tried to reassure me that Nissan bought out Mitsubishi which sounds great but it still doesnt mean Nissan is going to foot the bill shipping cars over here if theyre not selling in US. He told me Mitsubishi isnt going anywhere (Im sure Isuzu salesman said the same). THE MOST IMPORTANT PART is once I decided to back out, they told me they were going to keep some of my money which they never disclosed when I laid down the deposit or I wouldnt have. The lawyer that makes up the roofing contracts for our company assured me that theres nothing they can really do. Buyer beware!

I recently purchased two vehicles with Sims Mitsubishi. Both the staff and atmosphere were very welcoming and friendly. My car buying experience has never been so smooth. The owner Mark was on site and made sure to go out of his way to introduce himself and ensure I was receiving excellent customer service. I worked with Shane and Jim for sales and financing. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure I received the best deal which I never feel is the case when buying a car. There were some extras that I really wanted with my second purchase such as leather seats and Jim and Shane made sure that the leather seats were threw in my deal and they surprised me with upgrading them to heated:) Overall my experience with Sims Mitsubishi in Medina was above excellent I have never had such a positive experience with buying not just one but two cars at a dealership the staff overall was amazing and the process was very low stress and smooth I would seriously recommend Sims Mitsubishi to anyone looking into purchasing a vehicle.

First off, I love the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT AWDI purchased in June. Already have 3000 miles on it. Great Ride and Good on Gas. The car is really well equipped for the price. I am on the road lot and the ride is great. Not looking forward to using the all wheel drive in January! The team there is great. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and offered assistance. All very friendly. The purchase part was easy. They took time to understand my needs and helped me find the car with the Package and Options I needed. Signing the paperwork and Delivery was quick and easy. I have been a Customer of Mark Sims since 1991. I have bought 7 cars from him personally and my family another 5. Honest, reputable and one of the most personable Dealers you will ever meet. He is at the store and works to make sure all his customers feel welcomed.
