MY EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING I FELT LIKE I WAS RIGHT AT HOME MONICA WAS GREAT VERY HAPPY CHEERFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE OF EVERYTHING. SHE DOES HER JOB OVER AND BEYOND. JASON WAS EXCELLENT FROM BEGINNING TO END HE WAS AWESOME HELPING ME WITH EVERYTHING HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. I MADE A FRIEND IN JASON THANKS JASON NIK WAS VERY AMAZING HE PLAYED A MAJOR PART IN GETTING ME IN A VEHICLE HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME VERY WELL AND FIGURED OUT EVERYTHING FOR ME HE PICKED OUT THE PERFECT VEHICLE FOR ME AND I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. HIS CARING ATTITUDE HE SHOWED ME HE REALLY CARED PHIL IS AN AMAZING YOUNG MAN WITH A VERY CARING PERSONALITY ALWAYS SMILING AND JOYOUS HE LOVES HIS JOB AND IT SHOWS THANKS JD BYRIDER FAMILY IN MEDINA YOU GUYS ROCK

The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the people are friendly. Other then that, I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here, they way over charge for old high mileage cars and take advantage of people with credit problems. They call ALL the time, I am talking at least twice a day even after you ask them to not call and tell them you have no interest in using their company. They advertise no money down, LIE, they roll it into the price of your loan and which is around 1500.00 and then want you to pay this plus the interest off with in 2 months, our payments would have been about 1200 a month for a 2004 Chevy Cobalt, stay away from this place.

My car broke down while my family and I were visiting Medina, OH for the day when our car died in the middle of rush hour. We had the car towed to the JD Byrider there in Medina. After the service department had a chance to look it over a very nice man by the name of Drew called me and knowing my financial condition he worked with me. I cant say enough about how wonderful everyone there at the JD Byrider was. I would and I will reccemend them to any of my friends and family. THANKS DREW Karyn

if you decide not to buy a vehicle here, youd better be prepared to change your phone number. my girlfriend has been getting calls and texts non-stop from them for over a month EVEN AFTER SHE TOLD THEM TO STOP or she was going to report them for harassment. absolutely ridiculous. its not enough that the vehicles cost 200% of their value, but then you get harassed if you decide not to get a predatory loan. we tell everyone we know NEVER to go here. great job Jason!

Staff was friendly and courteous. They were understanding and made every effort to be helpful. They sincerely try to help their customers. The process did take a long time, that was the only downside. However, I drove away with a car that day, so the end result was worth it. They also had a descent fleet of vehicles.

Crappy that you have moved AGAIN and didnt inform your customers. How are you classified as a place where you can come in and make a payment when you cant cause you keep moving! Make up your minds! Dont stalk your customers for payments if you also cant notify us that you moved!

Takes advantage of ppl with bad credit and they say they are helping you they make it worse for you plus I bought I car with a 3 year warranty and for me to get my car fixed they take it for about 2 weeks and they dont give loner cars lol not worth anyones time
