I Will never go in this place again. Got ripped off. Bought a car that was considered a salvaged vehicle. A 2013 Chevy Cruze eco. The Gel car battery was switched out for a regular battery that started to cause other issues within the car. All markings of the type of car it is, was removed. Windshield bottle was broken from the accident as well. Way to over priced and so pushy. Car was priced at $11,000. I put $4,000 down. And traded in my car. I Didnt know that I didnt need to give so much money down. I was made to believe that the more I put down the less I owed. Nope. Not true. Even after $4,000 down. I still owed $14,000+. The dealer was Jennifer. I have been unhappy ever since. This was my 1st time ever taking a car out in this manner. I have always paid cash and in full. She left a horrible taste in my mouth.

My husband walked in on a Sunday morning and began his transaction with Ron. Within two hours he pulled into my work with a car of my dreams! He raved about how Ron listened to what his needs were, helped him get a great deal, and made the transaction completely enjoyable. We have bought many cars over the years and usually leave with a car, that they said we had to have, not one we wanted. Not this time!! Ron went above and beyond to ensure that as the customer our concerns and needs were addressed. Anyone that knows me personally knows I abhor buying anything of great value for we always get the shaft and the experience is demeaning and horrifying, Ron, you have proven that there is still good in this world and that both of us can win by this purchase!!

I am a single mother who seriously needed a reliable vehicle. I called ahead and spoke to "Ron Lee"..this man was so kind and professional from the start! He listened to my needs and eventually I drove off with a great used vehicle. I felt that he and the entire team cared about their customers and cared about the quality of their work. I have never had such a great experience at ANY car dealership before. I have already referred my friends because my experience was so smooth and pleasant. I will definitely work with them again in future. Thank you Ron for everything! Waking up to a reliable vehicle is a huge load off of my chest and mind. I NEVER do reviews, but I need to IMPLORE people to request carfaxs from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a couple of years ago. The car recently rolled over 100K miles and I took it to a dealership to trade in for a new vehicle. Come to find out, This car that I purchased for over $10,000 from Modern Auto was bought at auction with FRAME DAMAGE.. and not 30 days later, sold to me. The car was, more or less, reliable while I owned it, but worthless when it came time to trade in. I paid (with interest) almost $20,000, for a car worth next to nothing to an actual dealership. They wouldnt even make me an offer with that flag on the report. Thanks Modern Auto!

Hi my name is karen am iam gladly to say that when i saw my self without transportation for work or anything i thought the world had falln on me until i heard a commercial on radio station and i decided to walk in this location modern auto sales and from the moment i walked in their i felt the love, the young lady that attended me i believe hef name is jennifer la boricua she was very outgoing awesome made me feel at home confident loved her service she did everything in her power to get me approved on my new vehicle wich i love and enjoyn so much trust me if i needed another vehiclr i would defeneteley do buisness with this company all over again .

They are dishonest, their cars are lemons and their sales staff do not follow through with promises. If you plan to make the unfortunate choice to purchase from them, get everything single thing they promise to you, in writing! Carolyn does not listen to her customers and she refused to return several of my phone calls, I found her to be extremely insensitive. They have an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau so I am by far not the only dissatisfied customer. They also have numerous small claims cases filed against them in Lee County Court. So do your research and look for a used vehicle elsewhere!

As an independent contractor, I was having a very hard time finding a place who would be able to get me approved for a new car or even finding a dealer who wanted to try. I understood it would be tricky and didnt even know if I would be able to do it. Don and his other coworkers at modern corp did everything in their power to make sure I left with the car I had fallen in love with. They were able to not only get me in a car but they even helped me out with the price and my down payment. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I knew that was looking for good customer service and a quality car.

I purchased a car about 3 years ago from these guys. they sold me a freaking lemon. 3 years drove it for about 10 months! car had so many issues i just gave up on it, and im having a really hard time finding a dealer to take this big upside down. They have ruined my financial state. I needed a reliable car and this 2010 chevy malibu is a POS. Car had bugs, computer problems, smh I just regret this purchase. I would never purchase from here, and wouldnt send my worst enemy here to buy a car. Now i have to hope that my next car purchase, Im not totally screwed in taking this next loan.

BEWARE....purchased an SUV with modern auto and within a month it started overheating , leaking fluid, etc. Modern auto refused to assist us in repairing our vehicle WE JUST PURCHASED. 5 months later we have a $10,000 loan on a vehicle that does NOT even run. The ENGINE BLEW AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED .Modern Auto has not been willing to assist us in any way. This is bad business and they should feel ashamed for doing this to people. Even to customers whose family has been loyal customers , purchasing multiple vehicles from them. I would NOT recommend modern auto to anyone.

I have to rate this company and their sales people a 5 out of 5 just for the simple fact that they put me in a 2014 VW passat the same day . For someone with baby credit as they would call it , its so hard to get approved at normal dealerships , but DON BROWN and the Owner were outstanding at understanding what we wanted , needed, and delivering just that. The people in this place are very understanding and genuine I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to finance or buy a new used car. their cars are in great condition and well worth the money.

My Husband loves old trucks. About six years ago,he heard you had a old ford truck for sale.well we took a trip from st peteto see it .he boght the truck and i followed him home ,because lets face it .It was a USED truck .ITS still running strong.We have done some work on it.IT IT USED.but he loves this TRUCk.Brakes,Tires,OIL Change.BUT still running,Almost 300 Miles on it too.So when it goes Well be coming back to get another.
