They have all the supplies I need everytime I go there. The finches are always sick and the enployees dont know how to handle them. They finches have escaped so many times and Im assuming theyre dead. I also see birds in random cages because they escaped. The mindless employees are generally clueless with the birds and freaking kill them because theyre not fast enough. Ive seen poor escaped birds who are being chased and frightened by employees and customers. The fish used are decent. The coral tank with the purple tang is pretty nice. The clowns need more space. The old tanks gave them enough room to last however I believe the tanks got smaller. The anemones are just colorless blobs dying, I see them shrunken up in the corner of the tank heavily bleached. Once an anemone dies the tank gets nuked and is uninhabitable. The yellow and blue tangs are normally decently fed but sometimes not enough. The freshwater fish normally are sick and dead always nowadays. Somebody I know put a fish in his quarantine tank and it still dies after he treated it. I wouldnt reccomend getting fish here. If you do make sure they dont have torn fins, theyre losing color, or if they have white stuff on them. The reptiles and amphibians are alright, I just wish the employees would get rid of the poo in there. Its everywhere.

Took my dog here for grooming and I heard a few bad things from co-workers at Petco but I though how do you mess up a simple wash? Well my girlfriend picks him up but before she sees him she is told that she must pay first then she can get him. Also the lady said she could only trim two nails because he wasnt cooperating. He is perfectly fine when we trim his nails. He was still wet from his bath and he barely smelled like he was bathed. So they cut two nails and proceed to charge me for the nail clippings!!!!!! Then this morning we wake up and my girlfriend notices that he has dandruff! He has never had it in his life until today. Also I was told the cost would be $30 over the phone but somehow it came out to $40???? DO NOT GO HERE. The paw spa is the same price and they actually take good care of your dog. Spend your money elsewhere do not waste it at this Petco.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! **DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE** They did a horrible job and when I say "job" I use that word lightly because absolutely NOTHING was done. No job at all. I brought my Mothers dog to this location only to wait 3 hours and receive her dog in the same condition. Fur uncut. They claimed her dog was disobedient and was kept in the kennels due to his behavior. Her dog is under 2 years old and weighs no more than 5 pounds. Give me a break. They refused a refund since we had to pay in advance. We are calling Corporate Petco right now. Their manager who claims to have 7 years experience, raised her voice to us and was terribly rude, unhelpful and displayed a lack of basic respect. She is a terrible representation for Petco.

Absolutely no knowledge of the products they carry. I called up a few minutes ago and ask if they carry Roudy Bush crumble was immediately told no. I then asked the guy if he even knew what it was and he relied animal beeding. It is bird food. How can you tell me without looking if you carry the product or not especially if you dont know what it is.

I love coming to this store... even though the 2 platy fish we bought gave birth two days after buying them lol but thats ok with me.... The fish part of the store could be a little more organized <-- my only complaint.

My dog was bathed and had a nail trim. His eyes were still dirty. He didnt get a bow and his nails were not much shorter. He did look happy though and I think he had a good time.

The prices vary every one I go to the grooming salon. They do a decent job, but they dont call when my dog is done being groomed. I wouldnt recommend.
