This is a great store with a good environment. Friendly staff as well. Groomers are great people but lack the practice and training to handle dogs (especially the bigger ones.) My dogs nails cut too short which isnt a big deal but they were bleeding and i was not informed by the groomer(s) about this and didnt realize until i got home and there was blood everywhere in my vehicle. Accidents happen but to not let the owner know is completely unacceptable and will not be returning for pet services at this location in the future. Other than that, great place to take your dogs for a walk and get food!

Fairly clean store. Fish selection is decent. Fish health looks fair at best. Help was hard to get. They seem to walk away when it looks like you want help. Went there to buy a new fish for my tank. Left with two new live plants because no one was around to bag fish up. They seemed more interested in some old bags dog, must have been a regular. Either way, I prefer the smaller fish stores. I gave 3 star just because the store itself was clean and kept up.service was a joke.

They turned us away for a toe nail trim when we had the proper proof of rabies vaccination, which is ALL that is required. The groomer told us we had to have proof of canine DA2LP-Pv. I look it up and again policy states ONLY rabies is required. My poor 14 year old dog who has stiff legs and bad joints had to endure a long out of town car ride only to be wrongly and RUDELY refused service. Too much stress on my pet and me. Will never set foot in that store again.

Bought 2 gerbils and a tank lid in Dec 2016. The gerbils themselves are very very friendly and healthy, and were reasonably priced. Tank lids didnt have a price sticker on them, they costed more than I thought they would. I think they need more employees, the line at the registers was long but the employees that were there (2-3 tops) were friendly. Would go there again.

Groomer refused us service because we gave our dog anxiety medicine. Had the nerve to tell us the next appointment was 30 days out, on a thursday morning at 8AM. Next sat appoitment was 45 days out. I bet these girls are all working part time since petsmart wont pay them full time benefits when they desperately need some full time workers.

Great place to buy pet supplies and pets. Staff is helpful and some very knowledgeable which is nice knowing its not just a job for them and they care for the animals there.

I like going there but I bought a hamster still a baby but I found out he had wet tail it is a disease and it could be life threatening for the animale

Great clean store. The staff there is super helpful and my boys love to go there for a treat. It has a family feel to it when you enter the store.
