The review says "Poor - Fair" but it was anything but fair and Id say wasnt even up to the standards of poor. I took my long haired Corgi in to get groomed and told them to brush her teeth, trim and grind her nails, clean her ears, and to lightly trim the long hair behind her legs, ears, feet, and her mane. We went back 3 hours later to check on her because we hadnt got a phone call and were told it was going to be another hour and brushed off. We decided to wait around and when we went back I asked one of the groomers there how things were coming along and he went in the back and came back out and said that the grooming was going to be free because of the wait then went back. The manager came out next and told us again that it was going to be free because the wait and that, in not so many words, they had messed up the hair cut. When I asked in more detail what happened she told us they "trimmed" her entire body and by trimmed I mean gave her a one inch buzz cut on everything but her ears, which they didnt touch. When we asked more about it the groomer that cut her hair was told by others that she was supposed to be cut like the Lab he had just done. The manager looked in the computer to see what instructions were posted and it said to cut her all over and they had also put in the wrong phone number so they couldnt even contact me if they needed to. I was also told that when I asked that the dogs arent taken out to relieve themselves but are just allowed to do it wherever it happens but was assured it was cleaned up immediately. Im not sure if that holds true or not but judging from everything else that happened I wouldnt bet on it. This is still early March and its still cold outside so a one inch haircut on a long-haired dog is far from a good thing. Long story short, they completely botched what I told them to do on more than one level. I would definitely NOT recommend their grooming, if you really care about your pet please take it somewhere else.

Absolutely the worst customer service! My wife and I have bought stuff from here for years and never have we had a snooty abrasive teen tell me what I can and cant do. It would be OK if she was right but I managed and built reef tanks before her parents thought about dating. I listened to her false claims about crowding fish and "how the fish know how big the tank is". When I told her shes been heard and Ill take my fish now, she continued to argue. After talking with the manager and telling her about the experience, she knew who I was talking about before I even mentioned who it was. Apparently she put her two weeks in and is now in the process of burning the bridge on her way out. We didnt get fish but we got our other items and in the 10 minutes it took to get through the line the manager said nothing to the girl. Update 12/15/16: I have made numerous attempts through google and through petsmart but the employee that I mention above somehow found my name and has posted hateful and inappropriate comments directly at me. This is a big problem in two ways. Defamatory is a crime and can carry a heavy punishment, also I never gave her my name and info. Its clear to see that she made the post before I posted my review. She must have got my info from my payment info. This is another federal crime involving security. I dont think I need to explain the problems with this.

Went to get updated shots at Pet Hospital for my dog in July. The lady at the counter with dark hair and glasses seemed bothered that I even showed up in in the 1st place. I was the only customer at the time. Then she stated shots must be scheduled, but I walked in previously with no problem, and brought my dog that day thinking the same thing would happen. The website is not clear that an appointment is required. So an appointment was made a few weeks out. I never received the reminder phone call as promised or an e-mail even though all my information is in the system. While its my duty to remember appointment the lady stated I would receive a reminder which was a lie. Now I wonder if she even scheduled me. Looking for a different pet shop. Customer service has gone to the dogs!

I will never return to the grooming salon w/ my dog. I have a small dog which I rescued. The dog has never growled, bitten, intimidated a person nor other dog & is the most gentle dog ever. I was there the second I entered w/ my dog so I know just what went on. I entered & handed my dog to the handler. My dog was whimpering because shes not accustomed to grooming. She wasnt yelping loudly, but quietly whimpering. My dog jumped out of the girls arms & the girl grabbed my dog by the scruff of the neck - instead of using the collar - & yelled, "bad bad bad dog" & whacked her on the head. I will NOT return! I informed mgmt & was told it will be handled. The girl still works there & this was over a year ago.

I have been in there a few times to get food for my dogs, mind you two eat one kind, and the other two eat different stuff all together. Trying to find the two bags we get here is a joke. It is never on the shelf, nor can you find someone to go and look in back for it. They always seem to stop selling the treats we use. Then when it comes to the stray cats and dewormers they did not seem to understand I was looking for a certain one and they keep trying to sell me something that didnt work for both kinds of worms without purchasing two separate bottles that cost an arm and a leg. I still have to go to this store bc they are the only ones that sells our food.

My handicapped wife came to this store (11/23/16) while I was at work. We own a Great Dane so naturally he eats a lot of food so we buy the big bags. After paying for our merchandise my wife goes to leave and the bag of dog food rips open spilling all over the floor. Not one employee came to assist and the cashier had the audacity to make sure she knew that the bag would not be replaced while continuing to ring up other customers who are stepping over my wife on their way out. If I could give less than one star I would.

Seriously? Ok, yeah, so I called a few minutes before close. But I literally had two questions. Woman answers, with attitude as she sighs and asks to put me on hold so she can "reach a computer." On gold for two minutes when she picks up and says Ill have to call back during store hours and she cant answer my questions. Really? I mean, really? You put me on hold and waited until 9:00 on the dot to pick back up and then refuse to do your job? Customer lost.
