For starters, the grooming salon manager needs to speak to the store manager before calling a customer back concerning her pet and the situation that happened that she (salon manager) wasnt even a part of. I took my Golden Retriever in 4-29-17 to be groomed and trimmed up. I dropped him off at 8:30ish and had errands to do so I expected to have him out no later than 12. I receive a call at around 11:45 saying he was ready. I had one more stop to make before picking him up so I arrived around 12:15ish. I was greeted by a wagging tail but nothing more when I picked him up, which was strange for him. When we stepped outside the salon, I noticed him breathing really hard. I hurried/slowly to look at a leash then realized oh no, I need to get out of the store. My dog was foaming at the mouth and his gums & tough were blue. I went to the register and asked for water & a manager. The clerk got a bowl of water and the manager came over to speak to me. I will say this for Becca the manager, she knew what to do. She knew something wasnt right and got a cooling pad and sent me out the door with instructions to call later to let her know how he was. She asked what happened and I explained I just picked him up. Fast forward to today, I receive a call from Tonya (sp) the manager of the grooming salon who said there was nothing done wrong, my pet was in no harm and he was not over heated! My dogs chest was caving each breath he took, he couldnt get air but yet she checked on him just before I arrived and he was fine. Ill never again take anything there. But again, Becca and the store clerk that helped me were very helpful and knew what to do salon manager not so much! My furchild is fine now and recovering still.

I USE TO TAKE MY PET HERE ALL THE TIME, I JUST HAD HIM GROOMED ON 12/24/2008 WHEN I RECEIVED HIM BACK HE HAD A HALF INCH NIC ON HIS UPPER BACK WHICH WAS OBVIOUS IT WAS DONE BY SHEARS!!! I WAS SO MAD, ALSO IT USUALLY TAKES 3 HOURS TO HAVE HIM GROOMED AND HE IS ONLY 13 LBS. SMALL DOG. IT TOOK THEM 55 MINUTES FOR A FULL SERVICE, NAIL TRIM, CLEAN EARS, BRUSH TEETH, MASSAGE, DRY AND CUT...YEA RIGHT!!!!! THEY RUSHED AND THATS WHY HE WAS CUT. I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE STORE MANAGER GREG WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND TRIED TO TELL ME THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED, WHEN JUST THE WEEKEND BEFORE I SAW A LADY COMPLAINING ABOUT HER ANIMAL BEING CUT!!!! HE TOLD ME TO COME IN AND HE WOULD HAVE MY PET TAKEN TO THE VET AND GIVE HIM ANTIBIOTICS! SINCE THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE BANFILED I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THEY THINK I AM GOING TO LET THEM TAKE MY BABY. I DO NOT THINK SO. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE OR GROOMING SERVICES! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE OR ORDER HIS BLUE DOG FOOD OFFLINE!!!!!

I have had both of my dogs groomed at this store since they have been opened. I have a brussels griffon and a shi tzu. Everytime I drop my dogs off I fell they are in good hands, and I know they will be taken care off. In reference to "WORST GROOMERS EVER" below, atleast they offered to take your dog to the vet, would any other stand alone salon do this? I dont think so. I have had both of my dogs groomed by several of the groomers at PetSmart, all of them do a great job. Stuff happens, dogs jerk, move, and bite. Atleast they tried to make it right by taking him to the vet. I will always take my dogs here, and no where else.
Pretty sad when you have management and employees that dont care about the safety of our pets. An employee (Sierra) recently hurt my friends dog who has terminal cancer during his Christmas photos. She was outright rude, taking selfies on her phone and completely unapologetic when she grabbed his leg that has a tumor on it and he cried out. Management was informed of this and has not only lied about it being handled, but also did not apologize and defended the employees actions. Even the gentleman Santa spoke out about how she treated the poop pup. I wouldnt support this store, it is a sad reflection of what Petsmart stands for.
I adopted a dumbo rat from here awhile back and he passed recently due to myco, a respiratory disease. I visited again to maybe get a new guy and when I asked about myco, they told me they dont test for it but it really seems like they all have it. My rat didnt even live half of his expected lifespan because of negligence on their part. When buying a rodent, the employees will tell you not to put the animal in your mouth, but they never, not once, mention that they will most likely die very early because of myco or other diseases that they are all convinced that they have.
As a lover of aquariums and fish i am torn on this review. I start that way because it seems like i am having a larger number of fish die. Sadly most of them die during the exchange period and they are replaced at no cost. So buying fish here is a roll of the dice. However if you are looking for any other pet supplies then they are the place to go.
This past saturday, I spent $299.00 on fish, Geckos & accessories. Today is monday, & everything died!!! Youd think that as expensive as Pet Smart is, theyd make sure that have those things that would live, considering how much I spent at 1 time!! I bought a male Beta from Walmart 5 years ago & its still alive. Go figure
Best of 5 or 6 petsmarts I have been to,by far. Hard to believe they are the same company, even. Clean, and tho I have never seen a manager,it must be managed pretty well. Kaitlin is especially friendly/knowledgable,but every employee I have encountered there has bee n great. Highly recommended, for a large chain-store.
We go in there once a week and there is always friendly staff and if I need any help they are very knowledged on anything I need help with. Also if you buy fish and they die they will help u to replace them and make sure u have the best for any pet u have.
The cashier was really helpful and friendly. The item we were buying was on sale if you were a member which we werent. We asked her how long it would take to sign us up she said as long as it takes to check you out.
fun gameing or random
Have bought fish from there a few times, all die within a few days. The fish I buy from other places do fine.Employees know very little about animals. Their selection is worst of any petsmart ive been to.

Twice Ive bought fish from there and twice theyve brought parasites into my tank and killed all my fish. Stupid me for buying fish there a second time.
They are a poor excuse of employees at the from. Short fat lady 65 ish not very nice. Refuse to shop here again! She has been rude to me too many times
Good clean location. If your looking for a pet but have questions make sure Rebecca is working. She is very friendly and knows alot about her animals.
