I ordered a popular cleaning product through Grainger in early July of this year, and after receiving an email showing the order details, it also indicated that the product was backordered but without an expected date. After hearing no news about my order, I finally called customer service around August 15th. At that time they told me it should ship by August 28th. After that date came and went, today, Sept 9th, I called customer service again and was told the order was "rejected". When I asked why, she told me that they couldnt get it in, so they cancelled the order. I asked her if they had planned to let me know this, and all she could tell me was that the only note on the order was that it was rejected. No other explanation. This is about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rates right up there with Directv!
Very rude and had an attitude when I went back to return some items.
Not much in stock but helpful staff.
