WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Ive been wearing glasses for more than 15 years and this time I got the worst experience ever. If there is a none star option I will score them ZERO ! I picked up my glasses today, and it needs adjustments for better fitting my face. The old women who served me showed a really horrible attitude. Shes more than impatient when I asked her to do adjustments. The two feet of the frame not even on the same horizontal plane. She were so reluctant to help me doing the most basic things. She kept rolling her eyes while talking to me. She knows nothing and is totally unprofessional. That is how they treat their customers. Extremely different before and after you paid!!! And they recommended me spherical lens, said this is the thinnest they have. Which is, in fact, Absolutely Nonsense! Im wearing a non-spherical lens glasses right now with the same spectacle lens power, and the edge thickness is just half what they sold me! I have to mention that they charged me for 400 dollars with all these awful service and trash lens! One of my friends saw the glasses and asked me "Where did you get it? The edge is not polished smooth at all. Who made this must be a newbie." Stay away from this place if you dont want to waste your money then receive poor product and bad service.

To be fair, I did have good experience with Lenscrafter stores at other location, so my rating here only applies to the one in Market Place of Rochester. The recent experience with that store definitely is a nightmare - the sales staff helped us pick the lens, the frame, everything, and after waiting for almost a month, we called in to check status as its close to the scheduled pickup date and then found that they couldnt make the lens as ordered, so they just went ahead to make regular ones without notifying us at all and the frame they helped to pick didnt fit either...Even worse, when we called in, initially we were told that something was wrong with the process (obviously they could never fix that with their technology) and we needed to wait for another 1-2 weeks (question: if you couldnt fix it making the lens as ordered, why asking us to waste another 1-2 weeks??!)... Im just so disappointed and would never ever do any business with that store any more.

Lens crafters are like family to us since we have been doing business with them for years, and all of us wear glasses. Recently we moved to Irvine, CA and had to go for glasses for my two kids and me. We had such bad experience with this location, mainly because of one person. The General Manager herself.!! The kids noticed and asking me, ‘why she is so rude?’ But the best part was, this Saturday, my husband had to get his glasses and this employee helping him to choose the glasses. It might have taken longer time than the ‘boss’ expected. You won’t believe this. This General Manager lady had the nerve to come and tell the person who was helping us to just wind up ASAP. This happened in front of us. Who do you complain when the main person is like that? I should have read the reviews before giving all these business to this location. Need to find out a new place for our glasses now.

So I read the reviews online before I visited the store today, and because they were a year ago I assumed things had change... NOPE! I walked in the store with my family and no one greeted us. We stood at the counter for about 10mins no one approach us.so we walked over to look at eyewear. Still no one approahed is after about 20mins of my family and I goofing off... I went over to one of the store clerks who past us several times and you wouldnt have known he worked there.. I explained to everyone that worked there how awful their customer service was and they all need classes!!!

When their credit transaction machine malfunctioned and the payment didnt come through, they gave me my glasses anyway. After failing to call me and inform me of what was going to happen afterwards, they charged over 300$ to my debit account almost a month later, without warning - putting me in debt! This place failed to communicate with me and I most certainly would not recommend going there.

The worst customer experience and so unorganized! The two old guys who handle the customer frames have to customer relationship skills when it comes to dealing with youngerppl unethical. Its a shame you guys would have someone wait about an hour jus to say i cant get my glasses fixed or cant put my lens. Why male me waste my time.

The main Receptionist is the crabbiest, most abrupt that I have ever met. I am basing this on several years of attending this office. However, Dr. Graniero and Dr. Perry are wonderful!! Their prescriptions have always been accurate and the office opticians are always very friendly. If only the office manager would be the same...

I was so pleased with my experience at lens crafters at marketplace mall today. I walked in and was automatically greeted by the two male employees. As I was cashing out with Valerie, she was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to make sure that my glasses fit just the way I wanted and cleaned them up nice.

This rating is for Lenscrafters & not the eye doctors, who are great. My kids & I just waited 30 minutes to pick up my daughters new glasses. There are a fair number of customers, but LITERALLY 1 person helping customers! Why not call someone from break? Theres a woman wandering in & out who helped us earlier.

The visit was fine. everyone was friendly. No issues. Needed an eye exam. Cost $60 and for $32 and they did this eye scan instead of the drops. $92 total. The one thing I noticed is that they said their eye exam perscription expires after ONE year. Usually the other places, its valid for 2 years.

On two separate occasions I have been extremely disappointed with the women at the front desk- horrible customer service. Most recently the receptionist told me they lost my file (and Ive been a patient for over 2 years). I switched to Americas Best Contacts down the road, much happier.

Great eye doctors, though separate from glasses people in front. Prices can be high with no insurance . Insurance doesnt cover much.
