H Mart seriously sucks. I know Korean markets are filled with smelly seafood and crazy drivers, so Im not hating on that. The meat seriously sucks balls. I hate writing bad reviews and Im surprised I didnt review this place. The meat is a 1000 times better at Freshia! Go to Freshia and get some cheaper and better quality meats. DO NOT buy any meat from this place. If you want to buy side dishes and other preserved stuff knock yourself out, but avoid the meat all cost!!! Before you could scoop your own marinated meat, but that section is gone. I wonder why?! It sucked. And now there is an anus, I mean Angus section which is lame, but I thought what the heck I will try again a third time. So, I picked plan unmarinated meat. Andrew Zimmerman on Bazaar Foods says, if you dont like something you have to try it at least twice. Andrew my friend if you tried H Mart you would give me a Durian face. Go for veggies, snacks and drinks, then skip the rest. H Mart you suck. Seriously! (*thats the censored version) Id rather eat a raw burger from McDonalds that someone farted on than eat your meat, H Mart.

The place for everything you need for authentic Korean cuisine. Fresh kimchi, package kimchi, hoddeuk mix, all kinds of pickles. While theres definitely a focus on Korean products (it is a Korean market after all) you can be sure to find products used in other Asian cuisines. The food court inside the store offers delicious hot meal options and the seafood counter has huge selctions of fresh and live fish and shellfish. Theres almost always a selection of live crabs (dungess) and lobsters, halibut and abalones. Occasionally in the live cases youll find Chesapeake blue crabs, sea urchins, and giant prawns. Theres usually fresh or frozen headless prawns. This is definitely the place to go if youre trying to make a recipe you found online. The have extensive vegetable options, as well as rice and grains, alcohol, ramyeun, and ice cream. (Melon bars are amazing) theres free samples on the weekends usually though the store tends to be busier. Be sure to check it out.

Pros: Good selection Cons: Difficult parking and not spacious I went on a weekday evening. It was difficult to find parking because of all the popular restaurants and shops nearby. I had to park in the parking garage behind the store. The parking garage was a little dangerous because of the fast and careless drivers. The store had an assortment of Asian brand food--mostly Korean and Chinese. I was able to find all the products I came to buy because of the big selection. The aisles were narrow and difficult to navigate with a cart because of all the people in the store. The cash register I went to could not accept chip cards. I am not sure if this was the same with all the registers or not. As a result, I had to run my debit card as credit to make my purchase.

Securities they hire are extremely rude. They look at customers like they are a criminal. Customers come to shop, not to steal. We pay for your salaries. Who are going to come shopping at this super market when they see your attitudes. Nobody steals anything yet. They pay/paid for what they shop. Even though they dont shop, you should understand good manner. If a customer steal something, you can arrest them outside your super market. The worst manner we ever seen from the store security. Why dont you just kick all customers out for the safety of your arrogant supermarket.

truly a great alternative to Ranch 99 when youre in Irvine and want some Korean groceries. This place has it all, from pre-packaged kimchi/meats that they prep in-house to your usual korean food on the shelves. Produce is fresh and cheap compared to the major chain stores. They accept wireless payment but at this point Android Pay is not accepted :( that made me really sad. But if youre using Apple Pay im sure that will take and maybe samsung pay?

韩国超市这家算不错的,东西很全也很新鲜,海鲜比大华要多要好,旁边还有一些符合中国人口味的餐厅可以选择,洛杉矶用车请加微信yefengboy

Pros: good selection of Asian items Cons: customer service sucks. Bought a box of 7 papayas. Cut one open and it was horrible so I called to let them know it was bad. Manager told me to return it and they will credit me the purchase price less the one that ate. Really?!

Inside Diamond on Jamboree, so thankful for a Korean store now within driving distance to my home/work. Like an upscale 99 ranch. Can finally get all my banh chan, kim chi, etc. Also has a chicken love letter pizza, and food for lunch (by the pound!) Love this place!

A really great Korean Market besides Galleria. Hmart like Galleria has a bakery inside and several eating establishments inside. Here at H-mart, there are many different things ..korean grocieries that you will see here than any other korean grocery stores.

Great selection of Korean foods. Great selection of Japanese and Korean snacks. Prices are decent and the customer service is always excellent. Be careful though its difficult to leave this place without a grocery cart full of food and snacks.

Easy parking with a structure right next to it. I love how clean the market is and the vast selection of Korean eats. There are some hot food stalls available too if you arent inclined to eat the food at the surrounding restaurants.

Great place to shop for exotic food, but the smell always turns me off and makes me not want to come back. Mix of seafood and meat odor is definitely off putting. Prices for certain items are also higher than at other grocery stores.

This review is for the Korean food stall in the corner. The one that has tofu soup. Best hidden gem in OC. Super silky soft tofu with intense soup base. You cant beat this place unless you can read korean, of which I cant.

Korean market place. But they have a lot of Asian foods from pretty much all of Asia. They have great friend chicken on the right side bakery and kitchen which is sort of separate from the H Mart but still inside

Its a typical korean supermarket. their ban chan selection is awesome and decently priced too. however the marinated meat is hella expensive! $10 per lb. I rather buy the meat and marinate it myself.

They had a pretty good selection, but the layout is really strange. Half of the store is hidden away behind some shelving, and you have to go all the way to one side of the store to get to the other.

Korean super market with great selection of korean foods. In store dining at small individual kitchens with varied menus and also a bakery with tasty breads and cakes. I will shop here again

One of my favorite Korean supermarkets. I come here for kimchi, Snake River Farms American-Kobe beef and black pork at good prices. Much more expensive to buy directly from SRF.
