This store is in a convenient location, but as far as grocery shopping goes, its a miserable experience. Some specifics: 1. The entrance through the sliding doors is always blocked by the presence of 3 rows of shopping carts, redbox, coin star and assisted shopping carts. Often you have to go single file between all of these things because the entrance is too congested. To be honest, Id even go far as to say its a blatant fire hazard in the event of an emergency evacuation. The whole entrance area needs re-arranging. 2. This theme continues throughout the store. The aisles are so clogged up with items on sale or specials, it makes maneuvering exhausting. You can usually only get one shopping cart in between all the clutter in the aisles, so you end up like a rat in a maze trying to get around the store. I know this approach makes them more money but its very annoying. 3. The system where items are re-stocked is not very good. I often go in and the most basic items are sold out (carrots, dip, milk). The supply chain and ordering mechanism is very poor compared to other places. 4. Many items are damaged, yet still placed out on the shelves. Case in point, cans of soup. At the base of the can, many of them are dented. This is actually a safety hazard, since the sanitized layer on the inner surface of the tin can be punctured, and metal can contaminate the soup. Its almost like the forklift dents every can at some point on the supply chain. And dont bother buying shredded wheat, it basically comes out like angel hair pasta its so broken to pieces. On the plus side, the staff are very friendly, the deli counters are well staffed and the sushi is amazing. There is a wide range of prepared foods in the cafeteria, which is fantastic. There is covered parking which is nice in the winter.

definetly a really cool place to check out! the moment you arrive you see. it has everything you could want from an above average upscale supermarket in/outdoor parking ( also has TWO levels WITH elevator access for the carts NOW THAT IS JUST AWESOME! and plenty of seating both in/outside when the weather is nice so you can enjoy a meal from the mini food court inside which has SO MANY different types of food you cant even decide ( you technically DONT even need to go food shopping for groceries if your hungry ITS RIGHT HERE GET BOTH SOME NOW TAKE HOME THE REST LATER! the upstairs dining area is HUGE and has rooms if you dont want to overlook the gorgeous view of the ENTIRE store everything from the food court to seating rest rooms stairs is virtually almost spotless! the main shopping aisles have plenty of space and selections! it is all here just explore and keep looking you will find more the more you look prices are not too bad although they can be pricey but NOT like Stop and Shop and easily BLOWS away Market Basket and most other competition if you around come! you will return again and again they even mail coupons and store booklets i have not shopped yet but soon i will for now just figuring the place out but what i can tell is the Burlington Ma Wegmans( as well as the others now open or opening soon) are the BEST Supermarkets ever to come to Massachusetts and New England Area! you will love this place!

Excellent store though out with local competitive pricing. This is a state of the art Grocery store and so much more, We were very impressed with the over all set up of the store and two story parking structure with multiple elevators that transport customers and their loaded carts. On our first visit we spent 3 1/2 hours and had our evening meal in one of their many dining areas, (also most excellent) and at $8.99 per lb. it was a very good meal. Suggestion-add fresh rolls and butter. We have been back several time and are now regular Wegie Customers. We have placed their app on our smart phones and scan the code when we check out for additional savings. This app is also a fantastic tool, it has many facets including a grocery list, menus and helpful tips. Check it out at the apple download store. We like this store so much more than Market Basket for so many reasons. Cant wait for the store in Westwood to open. Overall Quality is excellent. Thank You Wegmans for coming to Mass. We look forward to all the great community involvement Wegmans is famous for. A very satisfied customer. • • •

This place has it all and some... If you are a savvy shopper and dont mind purchasing house brands, then you can come out on top at Wegmans. That being said, their overall prices arent that much sharper than Market Basket. Their selection is vastly superior to every other supermarket in the area, no one comes even close, but for some Wegmans size might be overwhelming. Last time I went, and I know it isnt their fault, the place was mobbed. The closest spot to the store was about 300ft+ away, for those that like closer spots. The inside was unmanageable as there were carts and people everywhere you turned, and the poor staff seemed to have a hard time keeping up as many of the items I was looking for had either sold out or hadnt been restocked recently. This place is a blast to go to when it isnt busy because it does have everything, but catch it on the weekend or school vacation week and you will wish you hadnt stopped in.

Wegmans has an absolutely massive selection of organic and "standard" foods, including the typical brands youd find in most supermarkets. Its almost like a combination of both Whole Foods and Market Basket, but with a much better atmosphere. Prices here seemed comparable to a Stop n Shop for most brands, but joining their shoppers club offers some steep discounts; organic XL eggs were even cheaper here than at Market Basket! Theyre also the only place in the area that sells organic milk by the gallon, and at a (relatively) reasonable $6/gal instead of $4+/ half gal that Ive seen at every other store in the area. My one issue is the organization. It might be in large part because Im not familiar with the store layout, but I seemed to run into the same types of food in wildly different areas of the store (i.e., frozen dinners). It felt incredibly inconsistent.

This is a fantastic grocery store. The prices are good, the free samples are simple, and the staff is very knowledgable. I had a 5 minute conversation with someone who worked there about the quality of their Fiji Apples. The real highlight of this and really any Wegmans is their wide selection of meats and semi-prepared fresh meals. You can pick up things like Pistachio Crusted Salmon that only needs to be thrown in the oven. They carry their own brand of meats as well as some high end providers like DArtagnan. You can find your class cuts and interesting stuff too like duck bacon. I could go on and on about the other highlights like theyre great cheese selection with a staff giving samples and telling you stories about where the cheese came from. Or their selection of prepared foods where you can have a pretty decent meal. Or you could go for yourself.
