This grocery feels like its in dire need of a renovation. It feels old and dingy. The general selection of products is good, they seem to have more variety than Star/Shaws, and they also seem to carry a better selection of local products. They REALLY need to step up their game in the produce department. its lacking in fresh herbs and general selection. I know this is probably a Watertown City thing, but theres no beer, wine or hard alcohol. Definitely a minus in my book. The other thing I have a hard time understanding is why there are two Stop & Shops so close to each other. Theres another store on California St. a bit over a mile away and it has the SAME dingy drab feel to it.

Parking lot horrible lousy plowing difficult to push carriage through the snow. Produce old or bins empty. Again not enough registers opened and no baggers. Got home missing item from bag. All S&S stores need a facelift and good management on the floor its obvious employees arent happy which is the reason you never have enough.

This particular location is a bit dicey. Prepare for staff attitudes & a lack of options or quality in produce & some other areas. Also, if you happen to be disabled as I am dont expect the young, strong men who bring carts in to help u in any way. They will stand there & fiddle with their phone while you struggle.

Great produce selection with everything fresh and a good selection of exotic ingredients. Aisles are always clean and well stocked. Butcher section is plentiful and always specials to be found.

Local area grocery store. Everything you need, and they even have organic products. But prepared food needs more love. Russos blows it away for produce, prepared foods and variety of items.

Super stop & shop. Very convenient as open till 11 pm every day but Closes at 9 pm on Sunday There is Shaws which is open till 10 pm on the same, street just in case.

A place where you will get anything that you are looking for. But the prices are a bit on the higher end as compared to walmart.

Very slow cashiers, and some times there are not carts in the carrage area, but fairly inexpensive so I cant give it one star

Pleasurable store was clean and well stocked. Variety was plentiful and diverse. Prices were pleasantly lower than expected

Standard stop and shop. A little awkward to get into the parking lot as the entrance is a little hidden.

Two items out of 5 did not scan correct sale price. Went to customer service and was properly refunded .

Well stocked grocery store. Veggies arent always the best but everything else here is great.
