YOUNG REED

Been to all the local shops in the surrounding areas and Clarksville Schwinn is easily the best bike shop around. Also the ONLY authorized Cannondale dealer which is a plus and a big Giant dealer. If you are looking for either of these bikes or any other brands they carry check them out. I went looking for a new mountain bike early this year and ended up at Clarksville. Unlike most shops, they have a wide range of bikes in all sizes from high end to more budget friendly. And if you are looking for more higher end bikes, they usually them. Obviously, I ended up spending my money there on a new Cannondale F29 carbon. Dealt with Chris on my purchase and havent looked back. He has taken care of all my biking needs. Recently took a friend there, she ended up coming back home in a new Giant for her. Shes been very happy with her treatment and plans to go back. Chris helped her out with all the setup and questions she had. Great customer service no matter if your buying a $7000 bike or $10 part. I will be buying my next bike there, Im sure of that.

I have been a customer of Bob and Susy for many years. I have gone there for advice, recommendations, parts, changeovers, new bikes, and service. I have bought at least a half dozen bikes from them, probably more over the last 20 years, and they have treated me better than I would have expected on each and every visit. Not a lot of talk, but just the right bike, component and high quality service. I have recommended many people to them over the years and will continue. I was just checking their hours this morning and noticed these reviews, wanted to be sure and put in my two cents worth as well. Great people, fair deal, always done right.

Went to this shop recently while in the market for a new bike. Kevin was very helpful in helping me choose my bike. He took plenty of time to explain new technology and I never felt pressured. Once the bike was built, he made sure all the fit was right and made any adjustments needed. He made sure I was a satisfied customer and was just downright awesome. Had the Pivot about a month now and have been loving every minute of it!

Chris @ Schwinn was GREAT. I stopped at Schellers before hitting Schwinn. Schellers couldnt answer any questions for me and keep trying to buy a bike out of what I wanted to spend. Chris wouldnt sell me a bike more then what I needed.. He knew the his bikes. Gave me a GREAT price on my Cannondale. Thanks guys..
