Took my bike in to be worked on. I was told it was a cheap Walmart junk bike. Strange since I had purchased the bike from the same store some years earlier for nearly $300. I was told it wasnt worth the cost of what I wanted. Was offered $50 trade on a used bike they were asking $150 for. When I asked some questions I was told the used bike was 6 years old, 7 at the most and would have cost roughly $600. I went home a researched some. The bike was a special edition from 10 years ago and and would have had an MSRP around $400. Stay away from this place.

Great local bike shop. Even though I moved closer to Fishers, I still shop here. The owner is a nice guy and is helpful. Ive never been disappointed with this store as opposed to the other shop in Anderson. The prices may be little more than they are online, but it is a price to pay to keep a helpful LBS in town. Besides, I cant go to Amazon and get my bike fixed.

Off-brand components for name-brand prices and very rude almost non-existent service. The guy behind the counter actually said "I cant help you". All I was doing was trying to buy a tube to fix a flat. I told him what bike I had and he said he didnt know anything about them...its a Trek which is the largest bicycle manufacturer in the country.
