I would NEVER suggest that any one buys a car from here. I should have know better when there was a complaining customer there when I arrived. I purchased a 2007 Pontiac G6 convertible that had problems from the beginning, the tires were to big and then the oil light was on. I was informed that I can go to a local car shop to pick up new tires and receive a free oil change so I purchased the vehicle. The very next day the car caught on fire with me inside of it. At that moment I no longer felt safe in the car. The owner Marshall was completely rude about the situation. I was called a liar about the car catching on fire despite having a police report stating that the veh is NOT SAFE TO DRIVE AND CAUGHT FIRE. He attempted to charge me $200 for a tag even though I only received a paper tag (which is $5) and became angry when I requested a receipt. He hung up on me and refused to talk to me except through text messages (very unprofessional). The bank the car was financed through is not any better. There are 13 reports with the BBB and soon to be 14 when I report my incident. I ended up being charged $200 to cancel the contract for "administrative fees" PLUS $15 for "tag". Also the vehicle is back for sale on the lot. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!! 8/22/2016. Since writing my above review I have been informed by the owner Marshall that they will not unwind my contract due to writting my above review. They attampted to blackmail stating that they will void the contract if I remove my above review which I declinded. I am trying to contact the financing bank owner who is not taking my phone calls or returning them. So now they are refusing to refund me the remainder of my down deposit. I am forced to take them to civil court now. They are threating me with repossing a veh I no longer have posession of. I AM RECIEVING ALL OF THE BACKLASH DUE TO STATING MY OPINION ON A GOOGLE REVIEW! This is a terriable company. I would advise anyone to please find another dealership.

"Orlando Car Deals tried to make this deal work for both parties. We corrected all the issues she had with the car even though the car was purchased As/is. We paid for a new set of tires, mounting and balance, offered to pay for an oil change. Then when the car experienced an issue with the power steering hose that was just replace by Pep Boys we had the car towed back to Pep Boys and repaired at no cost to the customer. Understanding her wanting to return the car we also tried to make that work. This negative review caused me to reconsider unwinding the deal and continuing to help her. I realized no matter what we do she is going to be ungrateful and feel entitled to a full refund. You get what you give and in this case I have given enough." Thats just perry Orlando Car Deals. After reading the story aired on Channel 9, I would not do business with you guys solely based on the managers statement and not the customers review. I feel that is unprofessional and unlike a professional business decision based on the managers statement. Show some empathy. It should not be an eye for an eye. Do whats right and you will be rewarded.

Best car dealership around. I went there skeptical because my credit is TERRIBLE and they would want way more then 700$ down. That was not the case, I went there and met Marshall he said he was the owner he asked me some financial questions and I was honest and he was understanding with my situation. He did not act like a car sale man he acted like a human being who treated me fair who knew ppl need help sometimes. He even heard me say I needed to find an insurance company and he gave me a number to a company they work with and they found me a great deal. He gave me a shot and did some paper work and handed it off to Marvin. Marvin was a great guy, we talked about things not related to cars and at the end I felt like I made another friend. I had a problem with my bank not letting me make the down payment, marvin and Marshall were every understanding and even offered some advice to help. I was soon on my way out with the car. Great place ,great ppl, highly recommend.

Walked in and talked with Marshall. We were very interested in one vehicle. He ran our credit and said he would submit our app to a credit union the next day. We called the next day, he forgot. We called the day after that, he wasnt available again. The day after that not only was he not available and never called us back but his partner, Joe, who said he didnt know anything about this deal (yeah right), said the only approval we got was 28% interest. B.S.! We got a 9% interest from a local credit union and will take our business elsewhere. Shady! Unless you have thousands in cash, dont bother with this place. A call back wouldve kept me from writing this review. Selling cars to honest, hard working people and giving courtious service is not their agendas. Drug dealers with cash apparently welcome though!

I took my two daughters to Marshall because they both needed cars. Our experience with his dealership was exceptional. We ended up with two great cars for them both and the price was what I would describe as "immediately agreeable." It was just in our budget and what you would consider fair right off the bat. Its nice to shop for a car and not have to feel the need to negotiate. The sale closing and financing was fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. One other thing Id like to mention is that even long after the sale, Marshall was very attentive to our needs. Car dealers dont often have this ethic. Ive never had such an easy, streamlined car buying experience.

First I was very excited to do business with Orlando car Deals after speaking to John on the phone! I explained to him my situation and he told me he was willing to work with me! I arrived and John was a total different person. He spoke to me very nasty and when I asked to speak to the boss! The boss too was very nasty towards me! I felt like they where treated like I was nothing! They were very rude towards me because I was a young Black female and lied on me a to me! Still through it all I remained calm and respectful and he said I was yelling! If you dont have a million dollars in your pocket they will treat you like your nothing!
