Now, heres the thing, I will admit that you are paying for the convenience and for the late night sweet tooth craving so take this with a grain of salt. If you pay $12 for 6 delivered cookies at 1 a.m. or really, anytime, most people would expect a substantial amount of cookie. That is not the case, while the flavors are purty good, the cookies arent much bigger than a chips ahoy cookie. You could just order a medium pizza and a warm cookie from dominos 2 hours early and reheat them for the same price and feed 4 people.... but like I said, convenience and munchies after 12. So, theres that.

I had a horrible experience with the cookie delivery service. I live 3 DANG MILES FROM THE PLACE AND THEY WOULD STILL NOT DELIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whats the point of a delivery service they only deliver one mile out? I dont care what the cookies taste like. I am a hungry 14 year old and all i wanted was some dang cookies delivered to my house. Is that so much to ask? I would really give zero starts but my mom is making me give one. Now my 11 year old sister has to make me cookies, that is child labor.

This place was a delicious spot to grab a quick dessert. I will agree with what others have said, the prices are a bit steep for just cookies and ice cream. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick though in serving customers. Make sure if you get a cookie-which to select two different kinds of cookies for each side, itll be a good choice. It would have been better if they had more ice cream options or a possible list of combinations that go good together.

What could be better than cookies when you wake up with a craving late at night? Unfortunately, they dont deliver to my house and their delivery area is limited. I ordered cookies for pickup and the person running the counter made me wait for 15 minutes to pick up my cookies while he prepared orders for walk-in customers. All the while, my cookies were sitting right there already paid for online and I couldnt pick them up.

The first visit to the store will be our last. The employees, service and the overpriced items were horrible. The cookies we ordered were in the oven, so we waited...and waited...to be told five minutes later they were out of that cookie. Um...what? Didnt you all just tell me they were in the oven? When I asked for my money back, surprise! ONE miracle cookie appeared fresh out of the oven. Dont waste your time or money.

Delicious cookies!!! its unfortunate that they dont even deliver to most of lubbock and youre forced to go to their location to pick up your order. and good gosh, please open up more than 1 register!!! The service is so slow! They only have 1 register working and you must wait in line forever just to pick up your order. They need to have a separate line for pick ups only !!!

Because I stopped by right before they closed, I expected to receive old, stale cookies that have been sitting out for hours. However, I got two fresh cookies that tasted amazing! They even stayed warm during the ride home. Its a cool and different place and its nice that they stay open until 3:00 and theyre right next to campus!

I had the brownie with ice cream. It was fresh and delicious. The facility is small, but I did find the restroom to be a bit of an eye sore as it is right off the dining area with the door wide open. They could have a bit more seating, and given that there was onky myself and another couple of customers, it couldve been cleaner.

Definitely a nice little spot with excellent staff. Ice cream was pretty good, albeit a bit forgettable. The smell of cookies is absolutely lovely, but cookies seem quite expensive for the size and several of the flavors arent the most unique. Ill give it another shot when Im around, but at the moment, its just okay.

Horrible customer service. Phone # connects you to some idiot with an attitude in Philadelphia. Needless to say, I didnt place an order after how I was treated. I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else. I think a Tiffs Treats is coming to Lubbock soon & then this place will be history.

Terrible service. Placed an order for six cookies and they sent me two..... I called and the manager said he made the box, which is a lie, and would not do anything for me. So basically paid $12 for two cookies. What a rip off, do not recommend ever ordering online from them.

Cookies are so tasty. They have great ice cream and milk to pair with cookies. They also deliver. However, we have had poor experience trying to order cookies for delivery through the phone, plus their delivery radius is very small (basically just around Texas Tech campus).

Regular cookies under $2/each is a great deal and deluxe cookies around $5/each that will satisfy any sweet tooth with just one cookie. The wait was around 7 minutes for two deluxe cookies due to batches made fresh once ordered. Very clean and friendly staff/service

Service was extremely bad. The cashier taking my order was very rude. I come here a lot and have never had service like this before. And my cookies were cold and hard. Theyre usually warm soft and gooey. Bad experience all the way around this time.

These are ok cookies especially for how much you have to buy them for. I was expecting cookies like Mrs Fields but there is the bonus these can be delivered. Honestly, the market for this place is if youre out late with friends and nothing is open.

Friendly and fast service but the menu doesnt describe the ice cream cookies so you have to ask about those if its your first time. Cookie and ice cream were both good but not incredible. $1.75 for regular cookie $4 - $5 for ice cream cookie

worst experience ever. absolutely no customer service. terrible communication with phone service operators. dont really seem to give much of a damn. will never ever use again. terrible just terrible. they should just close their doors.

It literally took them 2 HOURS to get me to deliver my order. And they wouldnt even compensate me for how long they took to get me my cookies. I live four blocks from the dang place and they couldnt even get that right.

We live across town, but were happy to make the drive! Delicious cookies and friendly service. Theres typically a line, but it moves quickly and weve never waited more than five minutes after walking in the door.

Above average chocolate chip cookie, but at $1.50 or $3.00 each, extremely expensive for what you get. The same applies to the ice cream - pretty average, at an exceptionally high price.

Whats not to love. Sure you pay a little more for the late night concept and delivery but purse with it. Cookies are certified delicious and staff was very friendly
