Although the ice cream was VERY delicious, the only problem I seemed to have with this location was the young lady with short, brown hair and glasses that helped me and my boyfriend out. Her attitude was very unpleasant as she seemed to be much more interested in engaging in conversation with her coworker than helping out customers. The kind of tone she had while taking orders made me feel as if I said or did something wrong to make her treat us this way. While also sitting and eating our ice cream, we could hear the two young ladies talking and cursing in the back of the store. I do love ColdStone ice cream and believe that it could be a great place to sit and cool down on a hot day, but the thing that would make it better would be to have a better set of employees who know what good customer service is and not make it seem as if customers are a bother.

I love Cold Stone Creamery its a sweet tooths paradise. They serve some of the creamiest, thickest, and most ludicrously topped concoctions out there. Their Peanut Butter Perfection is one of my staples. They top their rich chocolate ice cream with sweet peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and a Reeses peanut butter cup. Their other ice cream flavors like Banana, Pistachio, and Mint are also ones you should try. It goes without saying that this is not a place you should frequent often if you wish to keep your figure. But when you do decide to come here, theyll always give you a great big scope even if you ordered their smallest size. Seriously, they should get a smaller scoop. Their smallest size is like the size of 2 scoops at Baskin Robbins.

This is one of my favorite ice cream places in San Antonio. Food: The ice cream is really good. It has its own taste. They have 3 different sizes to chose from if you want to eat it there on the spot and 3 different tub sizes if you want to take it home and store it in your freezer. You can pick from a plethora of "mix-ins" such as candy bars, nuts, and sprinkles. Service: The employees here are very friendly, and willing to let you try new flavors. They work quickly and efficiently when theres a line to make sure you get in and out in a timely manner. Environment: Classic environment. A few tables and chairs inside and out. This Cold Stone specifically is a bit small, so it can get pretty packed when theres a crowd.

I love coming here and i dont come often but it happens everytime i do they are always out of what i want it been the third time i been there and they been out of cookie dough and they messed up on my order last time. It just sucks to come out all that way and you cant get the stuff you want. But over all Ive cream is good and the cakes are great and bet the price of baskin robins!

Employees seemed bothered by us walking in, then were rude and unfriendly, didnt listen to my order and I had to repeat it several times. The second gal mumbled so much while taking our payment we didnt know what she was saying. I went out of my way to stop at this store and wont make that mistake again.

The guy who made mine and my sisters ice cream bowls was super friendly and was able to help me figure out how one of there specialty items looked like. The ice cream was great. I will be a regular there :)
