I gave two stars because theyre the only place in Newton to go. If there were other options in town, Id definitely go somewhere else. Selection is ok but the "service" is non existant. I dont think Ive ever seen such an aggressive attempt to avoid doing any work. Lady never asked if I needed help, instead chatted with the carpet cleaning guy loudly from across the store. When I mentioned at check out that I was disappointed in the experience she stared blankly at me like she couldnt possibly believe it. next time Ill order online or go to DSM.

Because they have every shoes you want accept theres kind of pricey and I go there a lot its better than Walmart because Walmart is cheap really really cheap there she was great very fast like when you get sandals the snap in break but when you go to shoe dept they dont break easily.

They put up with my incredibly indecisive 12 yr old with patience and class. Showed her every purse they had, even going to the back to get out purses that had not yet been processed. I must admit they showed more patience than I could have mustered.
