Dont waste your time with this dealer, its a joke to try and work a deal with them over the phone. Was looking to purchase a Low Rider S and of course they try and BS you about how every other dealer will never tell you real numbers over the phone its always different when you get there, but they say they are not like other dealers and they dont do that. I told them a price from another dealer was told was told no way on that price would any dealer do that and they will never give a PO but if I got them a PO for the price they would beat it by $500. I got them the PO for the price and then got the complete run around with them saying they are already lower. But $5700 is not lower then $4900 that was difference with my trade in. Doug a sales manager argued on the phone trying to justify that his price that was $800 higher, was actually lower for 5 minutes. Then 15 minutes after the phone call he gives me a completely different number in a text message. They were unable to do math with numbers right in front of them and had a gall to tell me that Im confused and cant do math. Worst customer service ever, Worst buying experience ever. Save your self and go to another dealer. There are many of them around.

I took the Riding Academy this past weekend. I want to share how professional, helpful and invaluable this course and the coaches are. The three coaches I encountered(Mary, Stan and Nestor) didnt make it easy. Which I was ready and thankful for. All the coaches(including Bernie) are knowledgeable, approachable and fun to learn from. At no point did I ever feel like I wish I wasnt there. It was hard, exhausting and pushed me to my limits nonetheless, I learned how to be a safe rider. The coaches were always organized and ready to share their experiences. They did whatever it took to help my classmates and I really understand the motorcycle, the laws, how to ride correctly and how to be a safe rider. They always answered every question asked and took every opportunity to make our experiences good or bad, a learning moment. I want to thank them for making me a better rider. I thoroughly enjoyed the class, even though every inch of me hurt on Sunday, and I am looking forward to riding along side my hubby and fellow HOG riders!

Deleting legitimate customers reviews,really? like you have done with mine is not acceptable and only proof the type of business they conduct there, the biker community have the right to know what type of service they will get when people take their motorcycles to be service here,the service department needs a wake up call as I said before, SOME of their mechanics shouldnt even be washing the customers bikes,They need to learn how to take pride on their work or stop working on peoples motorcycles,NOTE: im not referring to every mechanic there ,but most certainly to the ones that worked on my motorcycle, if my review gets deleted one more time, I will post copies of my work orders and the names of the so called HD certified mechanics with details of my case including the disregard for safety workmanship that could have cause me to have an accident on the road,safety is a serious issue, be aware when considering servicing your motorcycle here.

We purchased a new 2017 Road Glide from this location and it was the worst dealer experience. The entire purchase from start to finish was exasperating. The sales rep Ronnie insisted that my credit was non-existent and therefore could not be financed, when in fact my credit is excellent. We decided not to sell our old bike until about a month after purchasing the new one. I was told that their driver would be coming to pick up our trade-in bike on Tuesday Feb. 7th 2017. I closed my business for that afternoon just to receive the driver and when I called them at 1pm that day for the Drivers status, Doug informed me that they had no interest in obtaining our Dyna at all. We are full of regret for giving these people our business. Ive never been treated with such disrespect. We were warned by others not to deal with this location, but it is so close to our house it wasnt logical to go elsewhere. What a huge mistake.

Dale is a professional. I came ready to buy a cargo rack and sissy bar. I had looked at pictures of bikes on the Internet. Dale suggested I look at the taller sissy bar and showed me how that and the cargo rack would fit on my 2017 Road King. I would have had a very hard time getting the parts on if Dale had not taken the time to point how the parts would fit together. He showed me a showroom Road King and showed me how and where the parts should come together. He even gave me tips on what other customers had encountered. Because of his help, I completed the work that night, right after I got home. I had started to go to Miami to buy the parts. I am glad I did not go to Miami and instead went to Alligator Alley Harley Harley-Davidson. When I need parts, I will go to Alligator Alley and look for Dale.

Beautiful store with huge selection, but they are not honest people, when asking why the interest rate was so high 9.9% the finance guy Vlad told us that its not like cars low interests rates and just not avaliable, even though my credit score is over 800, a month later I get and advertisement from HD for 3.99% for qualified customers which people like me with excellent credit. Called and spoke with Scott Mann the GM who had nothing to say other then he had reviewed HD guidelines and they had not done anything wrong, it may be true its not in their guidelines that they cannot charge 9.9%, but even according to HD financial that I also called this is not ok, so even though technically they didnt violate any guideline they are still dishonest and take advantage of people.

I purchased a used 2010 HD Road Glide Custom from Korky a couple of weeks ago and I received V.I.P. treatment from my salesman Korky and his managers Ronnie and Doug. Also, the service department manager Eddie Perez, his assistant Oscar and Michelle were very helpful when I brought the bike back to service, the next week, because the rear shocks had to be changed. The store took care of everything and Im extremely Happy and Satisfied with the excellent service and treatment I have received from everybody there. I will definitely continue to be a customer at Alligator Alley Harley Davidson and will recommend all my friends to purchase and service their motorcycles from them. Thank you! Ronnie was awesome, I actually just came in to look at bikes and see how they feel. Ronnie was my Salesman and I actually ended up leaving with a brand new Harley LOL! This is the second time I bought a motorcycle but my first Harley. I loved the great customer service I have received compared to the Honda dealer which was a nightmare for me. All my questions were answered and I cant believe how great everybody (Ronnie, Jerry, Pete, Maria, Vic) treated me. Once again Ronnie was terrific he didnt try to pressure me into anything and gave me all the facts that I needed. Thank You Ronnie for helping me pick my First Harley!
