Im livid. Never have an encountered a pharmacist such as the one at this store. I have been on clonazepam for 2 years 5 months. Ive always used my Howell NJ pharmacy and always received excellent customer service. I moved to Bensalem, PA recently, and started using the Walgreens at 2435 Street Rd. Bensalem PA 19020. Store 06319. Im going to share my experience and maybe someone will read this and avoid this pharmacy. I had picked up a partial amount of medication, 6 clonazepam and 3 buprenorphine on Friday. I am prescribed 2 clonazepam daily. On Sunday, I called to refill 6 more and the pharmacist refused to refill them until tomorrow. Tonight I will take my last pill and tomorrow I will be out. We only have one car and my husband leaves for work at 5am and does not return home til 6pm, sometimes 7. Ive had seizures in the past, they can be fatal. This pharmacist refuses to fill my medicine for no reason. Its not early, she just doesnt care. DONT GET YOUR MEDICINE FILLED HERE!

Not quite sure how their pharmacist got a job as a pharmacist... Surely there was no education required. I sent my dad to fill a prescription for me by the name Jolessa. My prescription label reads "Levonorgestral/Ethinyl Estradiol", which is Jolessa/Seasonale. The pharmacist proceeded to argue with him telling him that it was a completely different drug, calling it a "tricyclic", which, when I googled what the hell that meant, nothing but antidepressants came up, and I assure you my birth control is not an antidepressant. Long story short -- the pharmacist is a fool and doesnt seem to know what theyre doing.

Highly unprofessional personal in "photo center".. For $12 Ive got 2 blurry photos (for passport!). When I said I do not want them, I was told that "I took photos of you two times! You have to buy it". Poor guy had to re-take a picture of me after he tried to sell me pictures where my head was tilted (again for passport!). Not that I really care about $12 that much, but I am definitely not coming back. I guess there is a rule in Walgreens that you cant change your mind if you do not like the quality of pictures.

I do not like this pharmacy at all the people are rude and talk to u like your a little kid. The pharmacist is super rude to she acts like your below her and can tell that she has issues and takes it out on a lot of people Im not the only one she was mean to a nice older lady and that was the last time I went there.
