Jolene, the "manager" rips off person after person by charging for things they didnt buy, or overcharges for items. I was in line, woman in front of me complained she was charged $2 for a $1 item. Jolene refused to refund her dollar, and told her to find something in the store for a dollar. After my transaction I checked my receipt to find she charged me $4.99 for childrens shoes that I did not buy. Went back and she conveniently hid in the employer backroom for 15 minutes, making me wait to talk about it. When she finally came out, she did the same thing she did to the other woman, tried to make me find something in the store for $5. When I firmly declined, guilt tripped ME that it was going to come out of her pocket. She then took a huge wad of cash out of her pocket and rolled off a $5 bill, angrily gave it to me and grumbled. I cannot believe the audacity she has to so blatantly be ripping people off. I am filing a formal complaint with headquarters. This behavior is criminal and immoral.

When it first became open,I had just told my Rectory Recovery sisters,Im going to apply and work there,in 2014,is when I say that! I applied in 2015,did everything successful and now all the patience/bitter humbleness, I am now a Apprentice/donations attended etc... Got the job in August 5,2016,wont God do it his way. Amen!
