I called and requested store hours and if there was a real long black tie. I was given the hours of the operation till closing. Then directions to me were that the ties were in the back of the store. I asked real politely to check for a just plain black tie and the representative asked for me to hold right away. Shortly after that brief hold i was told that there were no black ties and all had some design on them.
