Anxious to make a Sale, but goes downhill afterwards. We purchased very nice looking dining room set (Made in India) made of wood along with a Sofa Table made of the same wood. Upon first delivery, the Sofa Table had a very noticeable and long scratch which was obviously from the packaging being removed (utility knife) and that should have been caught before the piece ever went onto the delivery truck. The Dining Room Table was very poorly built and those defects were very apparent with both end pieces being about 1-2" shorter than the rest of the table width and having gaps large enough to see through. I rejected the Sofa Table and asked to have them bring another. The Dining Table we needed to I had it stay until they could bring out another. I had to call Customer Service myself while the delivery crew was at our home to let them know about the issues rather than the delivery "technicians" doing it. Unfortunately I didnt inspect the Dining Room Chairs that well or I would have found the broken leg on one of them (out of 6). Obviously the do NOT inspect any piece of furniture they put out for delivery. Then comes the waiting to hear back from Customer Service regarding the replacement delivery which didnt happen and I had to call them to find out when we were going to get the replacements. Then came time for the replacement delivery and all they brought was the Dining Room Table. No replacement Sofa Table. So, another call to Customer service with no good explanation as to why. So, then the delivery of the Sofa Table (all of these deliveries come with a 3 hour window). I inspected the Sofa Table and it was "fine" at the time or so I thought. Within a week of having it the lower shelf split about 16-18" so far. Then my wife discovered the broken Dining Room Chair leg which we hadnt even used yet. So another call to Customer Service. They set up a Repair Technician to come out to inspect. He came out and looked, took notes and took pictures. Then left us with a work order and said someone would be in touch to replace or repair. Well that was 14 days ago and I finally called Customer Service myself today. They have ordered a new Shelf for the Sofa Table and a replacement for the Chair. I am not sure however when they were planning on telling us this information. So, now another 3 hour window appointment in another almost two weeks. I am not holding my breath. After the Repair Technician left looking at the Sofa Table, I discovered that the bolts that hold the legs onto the upper pieces werent even tightened down and two of them were sticking out about 1/2" or more. So, poor quality control, lack of communication on their end. We have decided to no longer shop at RC Willey.

Hi there!:) I am more than happy to give the best review of any customer service Ive ever had maybe ever in my whole life !....thats coming from someone that usually kind of dreads going into RC Willeys or any furniture, car , jewelry etc etc....anything where theres high-pressure salesman there to help you in purchases you are interested in... However my husband and I had just moved into a new house and were looking for a new fridge , the lady at the Syracuse store named Michael... not exactly sure of her last name but she sweetest lady ever she was helping with my two little boys that normally make anything like that excruciating at 2 and 4 years old walking them around the store showing them the movie Mowana and other Disney movies, getting them flashlights to keep their interest and not having a meltdown so Dad and I could focus on buying the fridge ...not only did she help us find the exact fridge we needed which actually wasnt on the floor or even knew it existed for that matter.... it was a combination of two of the LG fridges that we loved things about both ..and she found online and a major bonus was the manufacturers had a big discount going that week I called around to different stores in the area that also sell appliances and it was a minimum of $500 cheaper than anywhere else not to mention $800 cheaper than Lowes for the same fridge I got to know her a little bit on a personal level as we were talking and she seemed like an incredible person on the inside and out she is a single mother of six children all of them Fostered,and adopted and she just seems like the most amazing mother ever... I totally looked up to and admired ...as if all of that wasnt enough she totally made me cry out of excitement right before Mothers Day as I received an unexpected package to my house from Amazon as I open it up it was the perfume that she had been wearing both times we saw her and I knew it had to be from her because I had never heard of the perfume and had absolutey raved about it both times I saw her! she had ordered the perfume and send it to my house to me as a gift! :-) that is beyond an over-the-top for anyone ever she is an angel that touched my heart and let me know that there is still kindness in this crazy world we live in, she is an amazing person, salesman and above all and amazing mother that is touching lives profoundly on this Earth. A big thank you to you Michael !! :)

This has to be the worst location for RC Willey.. seriously. I love all the ones that are in the valley and I have bought tons of furniture, appliances, etc. from Murray, Draper, SLC but this place is all about the money and not about customer service. Recently bought two chairs Sku 4445309 from Draper Clearance Section for $115 each while needing a total of 4 and was told by sales people that there was one located in Syracuse and one in Orem and both being in the Clearance centers. I was able to get the same thing from Orem no problem and my dad who travels up North periodically was able to stop by Syracuse to try and get the other one. Not only was the exact chair there listed for way more than the other two locations but they were not at all willing to match or even come close to what I paid at the other locations. Why even have a clearance section? You are selling damaged, returned goods and still making money so please. Plus if the other two locations were able to do that then why cant you? Is RC Willey that horribly divided or is this location really just all about the money? Not to mention according to Draper location, they were just put out on the floor the day I purchased them so it has nothing to do with time spent on the floor, just a joke. Plus my poor dad had to put up with lippy sales people(Ian) for no reason. Makes me think I need to either start going to Ashleys or Lindas furniture. Too bad cause I really have enjoyed RC Willey up to this point.

My mother purchased a refrigerator from the Syracuse location. Her experience with the purchase was poor. They gave her a hard time while she applied for a loan to purchase this product. She finally got through it and asked if it could be delivered after 3pm. They said it would be fine. They called her the following day and told her she had to be there in the morning. She had to take time off of work to be there. Now, my mom doesnt speak english but she understands ok. She had one of our relatives be there with her for the delivery. The delivery guys who showed up were not careful with the product, Not professional, and to top it off one of them made a racial comment to my mom. That, I will not tolerate at all. I was out of town when all this happened and just found out about it. I personally wouldnt have allowed the product to be delivered. I would rejected it there and send it back to the warehouse along with the delivery guys teeth. Now he represents RC Willey and they hired him. Poor service on behalf of RC Willey, and it will not be left undealt with. RC Willey, I will be in your Store soon and you will make it right!
