I Bought a laptop from here and also wanted to repair the one I already had. it had a broken screen and a cd panel missing. After paying 259 dollars to repair the one it would not work. So, I brought it back. This waas over a span of a month. They never called me to say when it was ready either time. Another two weeks went by and I called, they said come pick it up it is fixed. It still wont work. I moved and it took about two weeks not to get settled in my new place to where I hadnt had time to get on either of my devices. Now that I have opened my new one that I also purchased from them, I have noticed that after I bought it when I took the other one back to fix the screen and the cd part, which they said is no longer available, I asked them to remove the four different security scans on this one, because they all keep popping up every few minutes on here and they fight with each other because it slows it down. After paying 30 dollars for them to remove them, I have now opened this one for the first time since I got it back and all four MacAfee, Trukey, Norton and Windows defender are all still on here doing the same thing. I guess what upsets me the most is that I have been going to Laptop Exchange/Device Pitsop for over 12 years and with 5 kids and my self and my partner we have purchased well over 30 laptops and tablets over the years from them. I feel like I was spoken nice to my face, but received horrible service. So now I am left with my old one that wont open to anything but error codes which now means I cant get any of my pictures or documents off and I was fixing it for my daughter for her birthday, which now leaves her with no birthday present. and my new one that works fine, except the annoying security crap on it and it runs slow I know because of those. Im afraid to let them touch these because I may never see any of my pictures or documents ever again if I take it back to them again and who knows what attitudes would be running in the back. They already seem overwhelmed and irritated that I asked them to fix what they messed up the first time on my old one, and more irritated about getting the security scans off that clearly it seems as if they did nothing but maybe remove norton very sad

Got a joke of an offer for my mac mini of 150 . Experimac offered me $525 and cash for mac$440. Then proceeded to tell me thier going for 300 on ebay meanwhile it was a different system hes shoeing with inferior specs then mine . Dont waste your time here if u have a apple computer go to experimac or cash for macs for a real offer. Rather then one as if your a crackhead trying to get a fix.

Was told my laptops charging port was bad but I believe they were using an incorrect charger to sell me more work not going back there again my other charger at home works just fine
