I had a Rolex watched cleaned which was expensive. I took it back to get the bracelet/band adjusted as it was too loose, and the staff or owner was smug, and wanted to charge me more money. When I explained to him that hed already charged me for the cleaning, he adjusted it (quickly & poorly), but had a bad attitude about it. Dont expect customer service.

I had my watches repaired here on Monday June 26. I thought I would have drop off and return later for pick up. But, my watches were repaired while I waited that was so awesome. I will be making to store my prime location for jewelry and repair. Please visit and converse with these people because the staff are so nice.
