I had my wedding rings made here. She contracted the work out to a man who ended up stealing all of our gold and giving us fake rings. When we told her she was obviously upset, got our gold back, but refused to press charges on the thief because "he has a family." Almost 1 year later and another ring maker that she contracted out to, the rings are finally ready. She has offered to pay for an appraisal, but the guy is on vacation so that will be another week, so I have to bring the rings back or have to wait ANOTHER week to get the wear my ring. The owner is a very sweet woman and has a lovely store, but I would NEVER get a ring made from her again. I am a newly wed and I have worn a fake ring for a while, as well as my husband, and I feel cheated and very disappointed.

I came to this place to get 2 turquoise rings re-sized. I spent $80 and after wearing one the day after I picked them up the stone fell out! I called her store and she said there was nothing she could do because the man who re-sized the rings didnt touch the stone, only the silver. Are you kidding me? The stone falling out is directly linked to the faulty workmanship done on the ring. She said if I had bought the ring from her store then the story would be different....talk about customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are tons of great jewelers in Houston that are better than this.

I dropped off a pair of earrings to be repaired, bought a ring then and yet another ring when I picked them up. Both are beautiful, high quality pieces without the expensive price tag. My new "go to" place for gifts for me and others. Great prices and unique pieces! The owner Alyssia is knowledgeable, honest and a delight to speak with. After reading Sarah Cs review I find it impossible to believe the owner would have returned her ring looking like the picture she posted.
