I had a really bad customer service experience the last time I visited this store. However, after voicing my concerns through an email to their corporate office, I was contacted by the territory manager to make things right. He and I spoke at length, and I now both feel comfortable coming back and continuing to choose to do my business here. Visionworks has a great team that handled the fumble of customer service well and took full responsibility for their employees.
