Its an ok place, but service and satisfaction depends on which one you go to. The one on grand river in Detroit, those guys that are usually there are friendly and happy to help you. The one down the street in Redford, not so much. I went down there because they had the vehicle I looked at online on that lot. They really dont wanna help you unless they can put a bunch of inquiries on your credit report first. This is typical of many used lots ran by these types of ppl, no help unless we can hurt your credit first. I actually had an exchange with one guy about my credit. He didnt wanna help so I let him run my credit, it was a 724, which I already know all 3 of my scores because I monitor them monthly. He then goes on to tell me that I could have went and got a new suburban with that score. I have a good job, but I cant see the value in paying a car note on a 60k truck vs a used 14k one. Credit can help determine your car, but your bank account is most important. This is lost on these ppl, and they have guaranteed credit. So why dont you wanna help unless you run a persons credit? I had success with a new car dealership, which also sells cars traded in. Definitely ppl that deserve your business, they bend over backwards and act like they want your business. These used lots act like you need their business, which is laughable.

Worst mistake EVER ! I went to Twins April 13th 2017 and put down 5500 dollars down on a 2007 BMW. The car total price for the car was about 8900 but since I did not have established credit im paying a total of 12,000 for the car. The same week I received the car it started giving me problems. The car constantly shuts off. I give the Twins Auto a call about my car because it havent even been a full 90 days and my car is saying transmission fault and drive moderately, they sent my car to one of their mechanics on a Monday and said they were going to call us the next day on Tuesday. The mechanics never called.w I had to give them a call on a Thursday and I asked about my car and of course they said theyll have to give me a call back. So they called me back that Friday and said the reason why its cutting off on you is because you need a new battery and an oil change.......The car is saying a transmission problem and drive moderately, so what do that have to do with an oil change (remind you the car only been driven about 12 times and i already received an oil change). So basically they are feeding me a bunch of B.S.! They still have my car today, and I have not called me back after I asked them what do an oil change and the battery have to do with the transmission ????

I came across an ad on a website, filled out the application and had a text within minutes that i was approved. I called to find out for what amount i could finance and how much cash did i need for down payment, i was told to bring whatever amount that i could bring and i was approved and qualified for any car on the lot, i drove 2 hours to get there and them say i was only able to choose from about 5 different vehicles, and tried selling me a week of full coverage insurance for $476! Thanks but ill pass it was obviously a story to get me there and buy some p.o.s......i have text messages in my phone from cj saying i was approved for anything, i drove 2 hours from saginaw yesterday and was in your office with cj when he gave me a list of about 5 different vehicles he could get me in due to my monthly income which i might add is just under 5,000 a month and i had brought my proof, check stubs bank statements tax return etc...ps i own my home no rent no mortgage, and i cant afford a payment lol thx but no thx

Went to look at a Ford F-150. They knew I was coming on Saturday and I gave them $200 to hold it. I showed up and they said the truck was gone and someone would bring it over and that it would be there in 10mins. After 40 mins the truck wasnt there and they said they needed more time. They gave me an address if I wanted to go look at it. I figured it was at their other location down the street. I plugged in the address to google maps and it was a trailer park. I told them I would continue to wait. After 55mins the truck came. Dashboard was lit up, 4 wheel drive didnt work, leaking power steering fluid. It had paper towel wedged inbetween things to keep from rattling together. It had some dents and rust, (I asked if they would text me pictures of any dents and rust earlier in the week so I wouldnt be surprised after driving all that way but was ensured that there wasnt any rust). I would give 1 star but they refunded my $200.

Place is garbage one big scam. Im not sayong i went there with no doubt in my mind but typical z lot garbage. I was talking to them for two days about a truck filled out app and everything then they called me back saying they can def get me in that truck. I thiught awesome truck i want ill def go check it out even if i didnt believe it would work. I drive over an hour to look at it and when i get there they tell me its in another lot and they will have someone bring it over. A half hour goes by then i tell them ill go to it and they give me dorections and everything then once i get there and go in and start talking about it they say its already sold and i can look at any lemon in the lot then co.e back in and then we will move forward needless to say we left and went to an acctual car dealership not one of these 0laces full of con men.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I ask for one thing they tried to put me in what they wanted me to drive. The car they gave me I have been getting fixed since I pulled off the lot. They are inconsiderate lying con artists. Hass will look you dead in the face and tell yoy whatever he think you want to hear ... I SAT THERE FOR OVER 4 HOURS WAITING TO BE SEEN. WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR EVERY LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD WAS LIT UP. HE SAID HE WOULD FIX THE PROBLEMS THEY DIDNT. DONT EVER SUPPORT THIS CAR LOT. You are a liar !!!! You didnt fix anything. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND IM TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS SO IF ANYOBE NEED MY ATTORNEY INFO LET ME KNOW DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS DECEIT.

I have NO idea how this place has such good reviews. Told the dealer right at closing time on the phone that I was coming in tomorrow morning to test drive a vehicle on their lot. He said "Ok ....o wait I sold that........o no wait its here".... (Suspicious to me) So I drive an hour to the dealership and he says "o I just sold that this morning, youre gonna kill me". I WALKED OUT.......... Kid LIED straight to my face.He used the old bait and switch technique thinking he was slick. Saw right through that... Then tries selling one of his high Mile over priced vehicles... All the vehicles on this lot are scratched, dented, and rusted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
