We went to Maumee this morning as my 21 year old kiddo was ready to purchase a 2012 Ford Mustang that he had seen in Auto Trader. Cody who greeted us when we got there is Awesome. Cody was with us every step of the way and answered all the questions that we had for him in regards to this particular vehicle. This is a 1st time purchase for our son and even though it is a time consuming process it was well worth it after 4 1/2 hours. Our financial advisor Kevin was very nice and he too walked Nathan through everything pertaining to the financial aspect of this purchase and if any questions were asked he answered them with no hesitation. Kevin also worked very hard to find Nathan the best lender to work with in his purchase and was honest right from the get go in regards to what the car payment would be including a few extras & Gap Insurance. This is definitely a place to go to if you are looking to purchase a vehicle they will treat you right and you will not be disappointed. Dont normally do reviews, but wanted to comment on what a change this auto buying experience has been. I had not purchased a car in over 10 years so expected the same pressured process. Kyle from Car Smart was great - he talked about how he wanted to make sure we were finding what vehicle was right for us. Asked a lot of good questions, quite frankly I hadnt thought about much, and helped me to find the right vehicle. The purchase process went very quick from all their staff and we were able to finalize everything in just a short time. The rest of the staff was great as well in making this a very enjoyable process.

Andrea from Car Smart of Maumee was fantastic! From the first phone call to me driving away in my new car she was wonderful to work with. Very patient, but answered my questions when they came up. Allowed me to take the time I needed to make the proper decision, and was also helpful with showing me things on the site I was unaware of at first such as the car fax. I also would like to praise Ryan with the financing dept. Ryan was given a very difficult timeframe to complete the paperwork due to my hectic schedule, and he succeeded with flying colors! I drove over 200 miles round trip for nothing. I specifically mentioned my dissatisfaction with another dealer after driving there only to find rust on the hood from a stone chip. CarSmart ASSURED me there were no rust spots on the vehicle. After driving 100 miles one way not only was there one rust spot on the hood there were two!! To make matters worse they tried selling me a different vehicle that looked like Edward Scissorhands went to town down the sides. Just like another poster stated...do not waste your time, money or gas on this dealership!!

We just bought a 2014 Ford Escape loaded to the max coolest care ever , the saleslady name was Jennifer Rodriguez . People there were the most friendliest helpful informative bunch a people we have ever dealt with at a car dealer we have bought may cars in our lifetime and this is far most the easiest way to do business, taking the haggling out of the back and forth about the prices. They are the best we are recommending this to all of our friends and family. Will definitely do business with them again for sure.

Shopping for a car for my fiance for Christmas. Had Cody Warner as a salesperson. He was fantastic! Very personable and wasnt pushy at all. It was a pleasure to work with him. Update: After taking ownership of the car, I noticed that their shop did a horrible job of detailing it. The inside of the car was not very clean. I was able to remove everything with just some interior cleaner and Armor All. Also the car was on empty, I thought it was customary to give you a full tank of gas when you bought a car.

We found the car we wanted online and traveled over a hour to come look at it. Jennifer was easy to work with, she answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all like at other dealerships. We came with our own financing but their business manager was able to find us better financing, saving us quite a bit of money. That was a huge bonus we werent expecting! All in all, we had a great experience and will recommend this business to friends and family.

Absolutely loved my experience at Car Smart Automotive in Maumee Ohio. My salesman Cody Warner made me feel comfortable from the time I stepped on the lot. He was such a great salesman that I walked away and returned the same day to buy a car from him. The rest of the staff was great also. We found a 2014 Dodge Charger online that was exactly what we wanted....we contacted Jennifer and completed credit application and paperwork for both the new car and our trade in over phone and email. We drove 4 hours and the new car was exactly as advertised. The process was extremely easy and well worth the trip.
