My husband and I walked into RightWay in Oregon Ohio a week ago Saturday unsure if they were going to be able to help us. Upon entering the office we were greeted with smiles and hellos like real humans and not someone with less then stellar credit. We were then introduced to the most amazing sales person in the world her name is Mikela. She sat us down took all of our information and then disappeared into a back office. She returned and stated it was going to be a few minutes and we starting talking. She was explaining to us how she was going to do her best to help us. We had been turned down at every "buy here pay here" place from Bowling Green, Ohio to Oregon, Ohio in the 2 months we were trying to figure out how to get a second car. Soon after that Mikela went back to see John (who is also amazing) because he is the one who talked to the banks on our behalf. Instead of the no that we were so used to hearing it was a yes with a very affordable down payment. We test drove two cars and at the end we had decided on a car and signed the paperwork. On our way home to Bowling Green about 30 miles into our journey the check engine light came on in the car. My husband and I thought well here we go dealing with a "buy here pay here" place and they sold us a piece of junk again like in our past history dealing with these "special finance" places. On Monday I called John who is the most amazing manager EVER and told him that the check engine light had come on on our way home and I was concerned. His response was dont be concerned call the mechanic and have him look at it. I called their mechanic and took the car in on Thursday. There was some issues with the car that were fixed along with me being taken care of with another car until the car that we chose had been fixed, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Mikela and John really went above and beyond their duty to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of. They both are amazing people both professionally and personally. They will have repeat business from my husband and I whether we have good or bad credit I will deal with both Mikela and John a million times over. They both made us feel like we were important and good people that just made some bad decisions in the past. Thank You so much for answering some very important prayer for the entire Child Family. You guys are the BEST...Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts you guys are amazing there at RightWay in Oregon, Ohio.

Mike was my salesman, My purchase was smooth but I expected that as I could of shopped anywhere being my credit score is extremely good. I had a previous vehicle that right way offered me more for trade in then anywhere else I went. I shop a lot for vehicles and dont pick the first thing I find. The vehicle I found here was low mileage and good priced compared to other dealerships. I asked for a front end alignment before I bought it and it was completed by the next day. In the 2 visits I was in this place they had 8 or 9 different folks in here buying vehicles so the turnover is huge here. Its been over 2 weeks since my purchase and I have had 0 surprises. You can beat 8 free oil changes form tireman either, Good credit or bad credit I would recommend here for a vehicle purchase. They have lots of 5 star feedback and as a business owner I personally no how hard that task is. No one asked me to post this review I feel they deserve it. Thanks again right way

Me and my boyfriend literally tried to go to every single car dealer in Toledo and that includes buy here pay here lots looking for new cars. We both have terrible credit, so as a last resort we went to RightWay. Amanda was very truthful and helpful telling us what we needed and the best way about doing so. She got both me and my boyfriend new cars and awesome deals and reasonable payments. Now with the help of Amanda Meadows and John Murphy, my boyfriend drives a 2014 Nissan altima and I got a car that Ive been waiting for since I was 6 years old, a 2014 Volkswagen Bug !!! Couldnt be more ecstatic. She also made my grandpa a welcomed guest especially when she thought he was my uncle, just image how that made his day. I recommended RightWay to anyone. Ask for Amanda !

I went to rightway with not the best credit looking a certain car only to find out that the car was no longer there and my credit was not the best. At this point Im now sad and down only for angela and kim to make me pick my head back up and help me to know it wasnt the end and they was willing to do whatever it took to make me happy again. As of today im very happy Im driving off the lot with a nice car that fits me. So I just wanted to write to say thank you rightway and to share my pleasant experience with the world.

I walked into Rightway on Navarre with a old 1996 Honda and not the best credit. Sales agent Kim and sales Manger Angela was able to find me what I was looking for in a conformable price range. They listen to my concerns and answered my questions. After a couple of hours I walked out with a 2012 Chevy Equinox I am happy and so are my kids. If you in need of an upgrade go see the people at Rightway on Navarre they will do everything they can to help you upgrade.

Angela Miller & Erik Nelson went above & beyond to get me my vehicle, they sat with me for hours to make sure I left a happy customer!! They even help me get me my car insurance so I could drive off the lot the same day, made several phone calls to get me a low insurance quote, I was up front with them & they was upfront with me, I recommend them to everybody I love them and my new 2015 Chevrolet cruze!!!

Erik and Angela at Right Way on Navarre took such great care of me today. I have bad credit but despite that they got me into a great 2015 car that still has a manufacturer warranty.
