As a former employee, I can say happiest time is when I left as I was very unhappy. Spent almost two years at Ralphs...I loved working with wynde, Craig Dawn, Carrie, Tina Bruce chance and chase and of course Robin. Robin was an amazing manager. Caring and kind. as for shopping experience everything was amazing when I did shop that store Ive since been going to Grocery outlet and it been awesome experience. I still go in Ralphs for Gatorade and candy but thats about it! The cashiers are friendly minus one my family and I will go in time from time but we would rather not. Anyways I rated the store 1 star cuz workin their wasnt great but shopping Id rate it a 3 When working at Ralphs you dont get respect and people say one thing but do another.

Always had a great checkout experience here, and I have found some deli meats and salads marked down over 50%, a great deal since I am camping at Montana D Oro and on a limited budget. Great location just a few miles from the campground. Only bad thing I can say is they are overpriced on some items compared to groceries back in Utah but thats true of all the grocery stores in the SLO/Morro Bay/Los Osos area. Some items cost a lot more than they should, even given that its California. Example is shelf-stable soymilk, way overpriced here. Pearl brand is under $1.50 at Winco but over $3 here!!! But overall this is my favorite general grocery store in the SLO area.

I wish they had more competition. I think that Ralphs success has come from the idea that no other store has or can have a competitive hold on any grocery shopping in Los Osos. I have seen the manager berating employees in front of customers, and every time I go to this store, it is an example of laziness with the employees meandering about, and not working as though they may actually enjoy their jobs. Rather sad, but I think they need to learn that they are not alone, and there are other stores to buy from in Los Osos.

Returned (expired, rotten &/or bug infested) food items are returned to the shelf rather than being thrown away. Staff is told that the store can not afford to take a loss by pulling expired food, and some have been threatened with termination if they continue to remove outdated or rotten food from the shelves. My son was yelled at for trying to return an item that was out of date when we purchased it. I will drive 20 minutes to Costco or pay more at Albertsons, just to avoid treatment like this.

Pretty low prices and a great selection of the corporation administered high-sugar and high-salt "food" that America has come to love and accept as sustainance, along with organic (but not always locally grown) produce and organic products. Helpful staff. Pharmacy. Deli. Meats. Propane. Ice. Camping supplies. Redbox. Lotto.

Almost always very well stocked. Friendly staff reminds you youre living in a small community. Pay attention to when they put out stuff thats going to be expired. They are very good about that and you can find great deals. Butcher/Seafood/Deli all look clean and they will accommodate any reasonable special requests.

Everyone here is super nice and smiling all the time, such a difference compared to the SLO Ralphs where everyone seems miserable. My one complaint which brought it from a 4 stars to a 3 is how they individually label every piece of organic fruit with a paper label. So wasteful!

Ralphs is making some renovations to the store. They just recently redid the entire produce department by putting in brand new fixtures. It looks nice and much cleaner, neater. They also just reset the liquor/ wine department. The store is showing much improvement!

Grocery store, they have food stuff here... they are friendly, prices are a little high unless you buy store brand. I do miss their double coupon deals. Either way it is a good option for a nice clean place to shop for groceries in the area.

I really enjoyed this grocery store. I like how they emphasize on local products. The dude at the register really sold me on cinnamon popcorn. He was right! I would trust him with my child that I dont have. If I had a child, I would trust him.

Average grocery store, good amount of local produce, deli does make good fresh sandwiches. Beer, wine and spirits selection is the largest in Los Osos. Typically busy between 5 and 7 but not bad most other times.

Great deli, and prepared food section. On par with all Ralphs stores. Parking lot was designed poorly, if you have an RV/trailer/boat you wont want to park here, or even attempt it.

I like the Los Osos Ralphs alot better than the Madonna Ralphs seems like the Madonnas got too much junk I dont drink too much alcohol in wine bottles cluttering up the place
