I had a store-policy issue re;refund of a gift purchase, from a National Franchise based in Atlanta , Georgia,with a store located in the Cape Cod Mall. I was quite upset and contacted BBB-Ma./BBB-Georgia/Mass.Bureau of Consumer Affairs/Mass. Attorney Generals Office. I contacted the Company first and then chose the other routes of contact , because I could get no satisfaction. I called, as a last resort , Adra Cohen, the Manager of the Cape Cod Mall. She called back, listened to my issue and offered a phone call on my behalf, to area Manager of Franchise. This all occurred on Jan.13th-Adra Cohen and I spoke in the later part of the afternoon. She was polite, concise , business-like and professional and suggested,with no promises, that she would make a phone call and " Lets see what happens" I received a call upon entry to work this morning from the Area Manager ,of the National Franchise ,Rachel Schofield and she was also very sharp and very professional-I drove back to C.C.Mall and received a full refund !!! I cant thank those 2 ladies enough for their commom-sense approach to an old-fashioned concept-CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will go out of my way to shop ,and encourage all my family members, to do business locally, at a place you can trust-The Cape Cod Mall ! Leo Fein was the former manager-I knew him to be an effective manager and I think his successor is on a path that fills his vision of the Best Place To Shop on Cape Cod !!!!

Ive spent a good amount of time at this mall, mainly because there arent many places for a teenager to hang out around here, besides the beach. The store selection could be better, but it has all of your basic stores; a Macys, Best Buy, Sears.. The usual. However, thats abut as far as variety goes. A few stand out stores are Nomads and Spindle City, both having outstanding employees who ALWAYS do their best to make sure you find what your looking for. However, the mall could use more stores like that, as most will try to cater to their demographic, and shun everybody else. Outside the movie theater, youll be hounded for cigarettes and change by swaggots and lowlifes, and treated to the choking smell of tobacco and sweat. This is by far the least appealing part of the mall. Inside the mall itself, youll find a clean floor, overly perfumed air, and not much else. The main problem here, as you may have guessed, is that nothing stands out. By the way, dont you dare sit on the ground if the bench is full. Youll be shooed off by the security gaurds faster than you can say "Thats my ride!".

Nachdem es heute Schnürlregen gab war der Besuch der Mall keine schlechte Idee. Es ist übrigens die erste mir bekannte, bei der tatsächlich alle Parkplätze belegt waren. Und drinnen ging es so zu, wie wir es an sich nur zum xmas-shopping kennen. Versucht bloss nicht bei Barnes&Nobles eine Kaffee zu bekommen. Es haben immer mindestens 15 Leute gewartet... - ansonsten eine große Mall mit mehr oder minder guten Angeboten.

Not a wide enough variety of high end boutiques stores and the end stores, except for Marshalls are NOT enough of a driving force to make this a market driven shopping Mecca. I needs a lot of updating and family focus activity venues like a roller skating rink and an indoor climbing wall and American Ninja Warrior Training center for the community. And a viable community structured gym that is OPEN to ALL at a No Cost ALL BENEFIT no fee basis. It would drive market ability up!

This mall is decent, they close good stores. Also there are not good food options. I dont recommend going to buy something there for a mature family member or friend but this mall is good for children and elders. There is good clothing stores but challenging to find casual youth clothes or shoes. The Ryan fam amusements is wonderful for children but the Mall overall is not great. This is just my opinion about the mall so you may disagree.

Worst airport Ive ever been to. The TSA line was far too long. Also, I ended up getting thrown out for talking to my mother in Russian. Also, when I did manage to get the situation cleared up and luckily not miss my flight. The then fired TSA agent urinated along the floor in the terminal I was in. Furthermore, the food was awful and the restroom I went into had NO TOILET. Even worse is that they would not fix my toaster!

This has to be one of the shabbiest, most worn out malls on the planet. The only bright spot is the Indian restaurant in the food court, which is unexpectedly great. A very poor selection of stores and amenities. They have a Chipotle and Five Guys, yes, but the Chik Fil A down the road is usually a better bet. The Macys is divided into two buildings and neither likely has what you need. The SEARS is just depressing.

A mall is a mall is a mall. Anchor stores of Sears and Macys dotted with the typical host of others. Victorias Secret, Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, and a food court that could use a few more additions. Located away from the food court are the good ones, Chipotle and Five Guys. Shopping tip; summertime only go on sunny days, wintertime you will have the mall to yourself with the exception of Christmas.

They have everything from Sears to Macys, to Marshalls, Best Buy, Abercrombie, American Eagle, Barnes & Noble, forever 21, tons of smaller stores including an Apple store. The food court has a good variety of food court quality eats. I can always find something from curry to pizza to General Gaus chicken and fried rice. And...no worries...there are sandwiches, salads and wraps for the more health conscious.

Located in Hyannis, reasonable distance from the transportation center and other attractions. Great selection of stores such as bestbuy, Sears, Barnes and Noble, Victoria Secret and others. Food court has been over taken by great Chinese/Japanese cuisine and American foods. Want to kill a couple of hours? Come here on a Friday evening and catch a movie at the regal cinemas attached to the back wing.

Recent remodeling has significantly improved the experience inside the mall. But between the kiosks that bother you with "can i show you something, or let me see your hands please" is off putting. And since the inner city train has been operating, theft has significantly increased after talking with various mall employees. I grew up going here, i hope it continues to improve.

It is a mall. A great place to shelter and spend the afternoon if it is raining on the Cape. There are food vendors (restaurants and a food court in addition to small outlets - ice cream and pretzels). This is a traditional mall with usual stores and kiosks. There is a small merry-go-round for young kids. There is a large range of stores.

As it is the only mall within a reasonable distance from anywhere else to most people of cape cod, it would be the one to sweet the bar. However, it is actually okay, with is selections and food options. And if the mall itself doesnt have what youre looking for, the are at least 3 step make around it that also have a good selection of stores.

Probably the best mall on Cape, but thats not saying a lot. Simons take on Cape Cods shopping expectations is a bit cold. Lots of name brand outlets and tough rent for small shops that might want mall space. Its been sad to see great shops like Nomads and Spindle City disappear. If you stop for lunch, definitely check out Kebab and Curry.
