Website clearly posted that Christmas Eve hours were open to 8pm, I drove two hours from Wisconsin, arrived at 4pm and all but one or two places are closed. The stores I specifically came to shop at are not open and I drove four hours for nothing. Mall management # goes to voicemail. The mall had an obligation to include a warning next to their posted "Christmas Eve" hours telling people that not all stores would necessarily be open til 8pm. It feels like they posted incorrect hours on purpose to get as many shoppers to come here, thinking that if their desired store wasnt open people would just spend money at the one or two stores that were open. Wrong. Never coming here again.

Meh... Small outlet with not many stores. The big ones here are Nike Clearance Store and Gap and a few other ones. The Nike clearance store is different than the factory stores. They have odd sizes here in terms of clothing. Lots of extra larges and larges and not much smalls. The smalls also look like they run bigger than their normal small sizes. The shoes are similar to the Nike factory stores though. Decent selection, but you cant be picky! Less options than the factory stores for sure. The only food option they have here is a nearby McDonalds.. No food court here. Limited restrooms as well. You got to walk far! Very dead outlet, but you can get some decent deals here.

Pulled off the 35 drove past mcdonalds and found this little jewel of a spot. Inside a little shop is this great bistros w warm environment. Great service, my chicken pesto sandwich was awesome. Id skip mcdonalds any day for this place.

After the remodeling of the Medford Outlet Center this is one of the greatest shopping areas in the Southern I-35 corridor. Great new store fronts and major fixing to parking lot and sidewalks that was badly needed.

Not so many bargains. Most stores can be found in any other mall with the very same inventory and the very same prices. Good thing I only have one mile to drive, or it wouldnt be worth the trip.

A couple of good stores especially the Nike store, while this is an outlet center, it seems that most of the businesses are not outlet stores. When I went there was a lot of construction.

Popular stores and original local shops with fabulous after Christmas deals. The entire outlet center has been recently redone with many improvements. It is nice to see it taken care of.

Good outlet mall. They have many stores that will be familiar to most people. I stop for the Eddie Bauer outlet. I like it because its rarely crowded.

Some stuff here: Gap, old Navy, Nike, Bass. Even a antique/rustic store. So an okay place to stop in. But the place looks a little like its dieing.
