Nice outdoor shopping mall. This open air mall has some covered walkways and all the stores are on pedestrian only "streets". The selection of stores are decent but it could use a little more variety and higher end outlets like a Brooks Brothers or Pottery Barn Outlet. Like most outlet malls the prices arent really that much better than the regular stores and in some cases the quality of the product isnt the same.

While I do enjoy shopping here, my mom and I recently had a terrible experience with an employee. While shopping, the employee followed us around and wouldnt let us out of her sight. She wasnt helpful, she simply was watching us. We werent doing anything suspicious or out of the ordinary. The unpleasant experience of being profiled makes me less than eager to go back here.

This mall is so beautiful and this is my second time visiting it. I wish that if I still live in Pearl I could go everyday. But seriously everything in one place and they have a Information center and the staff was so pleasant and told the kids about certain things that were listed in the store which were made there. I just love getting the chance to shop there.

Every time that I have entered into this mall the people here are always so welcoming, but I wish that there were a more variety of stores here. For instance: PINK/ Victoria Secret, Footlocker, Dillards/Macys/Tj Maxx etc. Hopefully these stores will be added soon. I think it would bring in a lot of business.

Great selection of shops with good sales. Even their non-sale prices are good. This has become a must-visit shopping destination for us whenever we are in the Jackson area. They also have several childrens stores. Food court isnt all that so dont go hungry. They do have a playground, though.

If you want a fun date night. Go hang out in bass pro. I love the decorations and my husband loves the gas powered vehichles and a whole lot more. Great selection of any and everything outdoors. And indoor stuff too. Lots of clothes. Boots shoes. The lastest.

Nice place with mostly typical outlet brands. Noticed a lot of "filler" stores or stores that arent really attractive in an outlet setting. Its a well designed and clean place for sure. Just need more variety in the brand department.

Great deals every day and a nice variety of stores for every kind of budget. Would be five stars if you didnt have to walk around outside in between the stores...this makes it kind of hard to shop on really hot or rainy days.

Omg I love going here. Went for the first time a couple months ago and fell in love. Im from Louisiana. This place is clean, has great customer service, and my favorite place is the Michael Kors outlet definitely.

Prices are a little high here. But its good to have all these stores in one location. Not having to deal with north Jackson or Flowood drive traffic is worth going here. Good thing to eat at the food court!

Just other outlet mall with a whole lot everything and never nothing that you are actually looking for. In my opinion it was only built so that spot would longer be an eye sore from the interstate.

Only got to see the Levis store and the food court, but I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how they have integrated Mississippi into decorations and information about our state.

Decent outlet mall. The only reason it doesnt ge5 5 stars is because Saks off 5th closed and that was my favorite store. The mall is always well kept and has copious amounts of parking.

Its an outdoors shopping mall. There was one tool store that men might like, and about ten sunglasses stores. Almost nothing a man would need to shop for.
