This place is amazing. I was designated team mom for a TBall team ONE day before Opening Day and needed a banner fast! They asked what I wanted in the design and emailed a draft to me within an hour. They did a fantastic job and gave me a high quality product within 4 hours of contacting them. THEN I noticed a screw up on a name on our team roster and needed it fixed - I called Arden Signs & Banners and they had a decal made to cover the error and charged very little for it. They are truly a customer centered business and if I EVER need a sign or banner made again, I will absolutely come back here. Thank you so much guys! You rock!!! P.S. I never leave reviews, so this is saying A LOT. :)

I recently opened a Survivor Insurance branch location on Arden way. Arden Sign & Banner did a GREAT job on both signs that I needed. They were very professional and completed the work ahead of schedule. I have used them repeatedly over the first year in business, not only for signs but for several large banners and marketing posters and materials as well. They delivered everything they promised and more, at a price that no other sign company could match. I was referred to Arden Signs by a coworker of mine. I had Jay design my signage for my clothing store TrinDes. This guy is as genuine as they come. Met with Jay to refurbish my trade show sign which was scratched up and worn out from too many shows. Jay offered 3 options allowing me to choose the option which would give me the best signage for my money. He is great to work with, very customer oriented and he is true to his word. Im the secretary of NSSLHA (National Student Speech Language Hearing Association) at Sacramento State and I needed a banner done quickly for our organizations Halloween Party. Jay customized it beautifully and he had it done quicker than anticipated (I thought it would take 3 days or so and he had it done in little over a day). Everyone loved the banner and I would definitely recommend this store for any sign or banner needs.

This place took advantage of me and overcharged my order, every time we spoke it was a different price. The foreign man was very unprofessional. The work he done was so bad we had to take it to a different print shop and redo the entire order. His only response was no one is perfect! Seriously?? Try spelling correctly! Try using the correct font! Try using the correct color! Two words, RUN AWAY!!!

That is how I describe this business! Jay is just a wonderful human being, who loves his job and does it extremely well. Hes very personable, efficient and does an amazing job! I met him and started asking about different printing ideas for our newly formed business. He gave me what I was looking for in that same week! Loved it! Best service in town. I found them while passing through the neighborhood. They made our business cards, banners for my new shop, and wall signs. I just wanted say I had a great experience @ Arden signs. I have used the larger sign businesses like Fast Signs but the owner Jay at Arden Sign was pleasant & easy to deal with unlike my last experience where they made me feel rushed or Im bothering them. Arden Sign has done 3 jobs for my business with A+ effort. Good pricing, good service. I highly recommend them.

Extremely fast, professional, inexpensive service. Cheapest price for large banners - even compared to Online stores. Extremely quick, great attention to detail; and if anything was even a little wrong, they were happy to fix the problem for free. Very professional, and very high-quality end results. The owner said he could give me a deal for $90 on 1000 color business cards. Wow, I get my color business cards at $30 for 1000 in LA. This guy is charging 3 times what it costs in LA. Try shopping around before you go to this guy. Be wary of the reviews you see here. I suspect they are all self posted.
