Shopping center is in rapid decline. Most of the stores have moved out and been replaced by bargain stores. Theres constant police presence and activity here nowadays. Still some decent stores, but the atmosphere and traffic situation makes it a place to avoid if possible.

The strip mall is a strip mall but there are several Staples which make it very convenient to go to like Target, PetSmart, Sears, and my favorite pizza shop is just outside of Sears I dont remember the name of it but its facing Bustleton Avenue. There is plenty of parking

Like always its a staple of the lower Northeast. You got many premium Philadelphia places to eat and shop. Cottman Ave always sucked. Just park at Sears, which is a good center point, and walk. There is something for everyone.

Plenty of shopping options! Definitely not a lot of places to eat but its Northeast Philadelphia... youre close to a pizza shop every 10ft you walk!!
