Nice, spacious rooms. Amazing 92000 sqft gym. Didnt seem to have any food available for breakfast as the restaurant was being renovated, only a Starbucks was available. Pass through doors between rooms were a little thin as I could hear my neighbors TV very clearly (maybe it was high volume, dont know). Close to restaurants, bars and a Wawa.

Excellent view from the rooftop restaurant. I recommend getting drinks and hanging out at the balcony on a beautiful night. Service was great! Staff were extremely accommodating. Cleanliness as expected for their Hyatt rating. Four-star review cause the room kinda lacked in decor. Our room was huge but felt quite empty.

This is an exceptional hotel. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, extraordinary views, unparalleled service. Steps from sone of the finest dining in Phikadephia, located steps from the Kimmel Center - this is tge place to stay when visiting the city.

Excellent room, which had an "outdoor" indoor deck on floor 12 in the Observatory. Staff was excellent, location was prime, and the bar on XIX while a little steep was well worth a trip upstairs for a night cap

I stayed at the Hyatt at the Bellevue for a recent conference. Excellent service at a very nice facility. Great staff. If I were booking a conference in the future, they would certainly be worth looking into.

Beautiful place. Awesome location. Definitely an old hotel, so its going to be a little quirky, but overall a nice spot. Having access to the 4 story gym across the street for free was nice.

One of the coolest old buildings in Philly. It houses The Palm, Ralph Lauren, XIX Restaurant, and the Hyatt Hotel. Also has one of the nicest public restrooms (not the ones downstairs)

The Bellevue was extremely nice and the staff friendly. I attended a business event and was impressed with the kind staff, clean and well maintained elevators, and impressive building.
