Our family has been a loyal customer with NO returns to GNC for as long as I can remember. Last week I was sold a product with sucralose in it after communicating that I use no sweeteners. I tried to return it today to the manager who sold it to me and between her sour attitude and lack of flexibility I have decided that the VITAMIN SHOPPE on Six Forks Rd will be our new store for supplements. Anyone can give excellent customer service when a return is not what the customer needs!

I just moved to this area and love this GNC! The staff is always very friendly and willing to help with whatever I need. Today I had planned to make a large purchase and because of change in prices and availability I decided to put everything back and David was so extremely understanding! I had a great chat with him and his co worker. I really appreciate how kind they were and patient with me changing my mind 15 times. This will definitely by my go to gnc.
