This is hands down the worst establishment I have ever been in. For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful, however that is over shadowed by ownership, high prices, and bad product. On multiple occasions I have gone in only to find rotting produce (and I dont mean the stuff in the discount bin) andout of date grocery items (again I dont mean the discount table outside). Everything is over priced when I can go to whole foods, freshmarket,even kroger and now the grocery store sprouts and get the same products fresh in date and at a more cost effective price. Ive heard the management make "assumptions" about a health problem a customer has and then push products catered toward their diagnosis. Im not sure if they have a medical license or even a sound training to do so but it seems to me they are taking advantage of customers trust in them to make sales and sell over priced items. Not only that but on multiple ocassions I have heard owners/ managers bad talk employees, and have even witnessed the owner tell a customer they where wrong, and start yelling at the customer. It surprised me this establishment is even open. Then again it makes sense when they pry on the sick and desperate. I am apalled at the owners attitude and air of pretentiousness. I will not be returning and will be directing my friends and family to a well managed upstanding establishment.

Personal, knowledgeable and attentive service. I bought local raw honey which is important, to me, so that I am consuming the correct antibodies for the particles present in the Wake County atmosphere. Also, I purchased Dark Brown Henna for the first time. Nancy explained the differences between Henna and hair coloring. The Immune Juice and Wheatgrass shots really hit the spot; they sustained me throughout a 90-minute Bikram Hot Yoga Class!

I suffer from many health problems. The staff has helped me far more than many doctors with recommendations that work, such as taking 5-HTP for insomnia. No doctor ever recommended it or acknowledges knowing what it is. When I finally got a diagnoses and dove into the literature I found that the top specialists prescribe 5-HTP for my condition. If you have health problems or would like to avoid them, talk to the staff, they are great!

Ive been twice because they have a great selection and a great staff, and I really want to like this place, but both times I noticed a TON of out of date food. Some even had stickers placed over the expired "sell by" dates. Thats unacceptable for any grocer, but for a place with higher prices than Whole Foods (and often for the same products) you would really expect better.

Wonderful establishment. Not only do the owners and workers remember their customers, they are so kind and helpful to them! I love supporting this small owned business. I go here before checking any other store. They have amazing goods you cant find anywhere else and the owner takes his time to research the products before selling them.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is phenomenal and very knowledgeable about the products. The owners are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They sell certain items that arent found in other big named natural food stores. I can go on but Ill end it here. This is definitely my top store in the area.

Harmony farms is a hidden gem for folks who like organic and whole foods. Its a small shop so its great for folks who do not want to get overwhelmed in a big grocery store. They have many specialty organic items that you cannot find anywhere else locally. Love this place!!
