If I were to rate by my service I would give one star. But by the place 5. Becca is the one that pierced me today. She messed up the very first piercing of the three i was getting. I was getting the tripple forward helix this what she said "your going to hate me but I did the hole too shallow so I will have to pierce it again. Went on to do the other 2 she did them and after looking realized that they were not lined up correctly and not spaced apart equally so I asked to do it again and with attitude she said well im going to knock out this navel piercing first and Ill do yours again after. While she did this I asked around to other people making sure that it wasnt me just being OCD but multiple people agreed that it did not look right. So I went back into the appointment reluctantly but willing to let her fix her mistake. Still getting attitude from her might I add she takes Out one of the piercings and re does it again. Long story short im going back tomorow to get it fixed by Cora (spl?) she did my very first piercing when I was 17 I had my navel done at randy adams and loved my experience Unfortuonaly this one was not as good. Very glad that I can get it done right by a more experienced piercer tomorrow which I should not need to do. Over all I love this place and would reccomend people come here. But also felt the need to let people know about what happend.

As a birthday gift I told my boyfriend Id pay for his septum piercing. Being his first piercing he did research in finding a reputable establishment. (My piercers have moved out of town or else we wouldve gone to 1 of them.) After doing his part to locate said reputable establishment, he decided upon Randy Adams. Randy Adams himself did the piercing on July 8. Immediately after it was done I saw it was crooked, but being a fresh piercing and one side of his nostril being swollen, we both figured it would line up once healed. The following day my boyfriend called the shop to speak to Mr. Adams, but he wasnt in so he spoke to a female piercer (sorry - didnt get the name.) She told him that if the loop didnt line up after the swelling had gone down that he could go back in and have it re-pierced at no charge. He was planning on doing so, but after careful thought decided to either go to another shop or just take the piercing out. After this horrible experience he simply did not want to return to Randy Adams Tattoos Studio. Here it is 09/15/2014 and the swelling has gone down, but it is still crooked. I wasted $40 + $5 tip thinking I was at a reputable shop. This establishment will never get our business again as we are both so disappointed in this - especially being it was a birthday gift and a first piercing.

One reason I didnt give five stars here is because Ive only been to a handful of tattoo/piercing parlors (5 or so), and only in the Arlington area. Ive gotten both of my tattoos at Randy Adams, and both were good experiences. The other reason I didnt give five stars: Randy Adams has a heavy hand. My first tattoo was a breeze (not by Randy himself, and very well done for a small tattoo.) The guys asked what I wanted - a strawberry and strawberry blossom to commemorate my grandmother - and discussed what size would be best for the level of detail I wanted. They made sure that it wouldnt bleed or look terrible later in life by explaining that it would need to be a little bigger than I originally wanted. My second tattoo (a purple moon for my mother) wasnt terrible, but I was surprised at how rough Randy was. I was in quite a bit more pain than with the first tattoo, and there wasnt even as much detail. Overall, though, the place is very clean, professional, the artists there put you at ease, and they do very, very good work!

I went to them years ago for my first nose piercing. It was great.. No issues. So I decided to go back the second time around. My piercer was a female. She had a matter of fact attitude. Which is fine.. Ive dealt with worse. After my piercing it was bleeding a bit which is not unusual. When I got in the car my nose was bleeding uncontrollable. I had to pull over and get tissue and while applying pressure the nose ring came out. So I went back and let the piercer know and she gave me a look as if she was annoyed. When I sat back in the chair she told me to lean back & didnt give any further instructions to what she was about to do. She quickly reinserted the needle without even telling me & gave a little smart remark when I got up. Im a nurse and I dish out respect and I expect the same. This incident has really turned me off. I have recommended this place to several people. Not anymore. Thanks but no thanks.

My boyfriend and I walked into Randys to get a price for a septum piercing...The piercer didnt even know what a septum piercing was!! Even if you are an old guy and youre not into the latest "piercing trends", you should still have an idea of the types of piercings availabe just in case you do get a customer who wants that "oddball" piece. This guy actually said, "Hey, how much for a hog nose piercing? Hmmm, I dont even know if I could do that." After admitting that he wasnt sure of his capabilities, he throws out a 50 dollar price tag! Are you kidding me?! My boyfriend did not get his piercing that day and we will NEVER step foot into that shop again!

Been to Randy Adams 3x for various pieces. Both first times were exceptional, got a rib tattoo done by the chick in the back no complaints. Andy did a large forearm tattoo that I have no complaints about, however just recently got an Egyptian tattoo on the forearm done by the older guy in the back and the line work is shaky at best, with some lines not even complete! I mean its line work the first thing in tattooing and Im extremely disappointed, for a ticket at $300 bucks I expected/deserved something of far greater quality. Wont be returning to Randy Adams one bad experience is all it takes.

Quality work from quality people! They have artist that can do all different styles and are easy to work with! Dont expect a $13 tattoo on Friday the 13th, it is not that kind of shop. They do not need to run deals to have you come in. Randy and his team of artist are not afraid to tactfully tell you if what and where you are getting it will be a good idea in the long run. Pony up for the experience and quality work from this shop! Also, dont forget to tip your artist well. Personally, I use Wil, however Cour and others are just as capable!

Im from Michigan & my friends & i chose to do a spur of the moment tattoo; so we went in yesterday & i got tattooed by Will. i am pleased beyond words. i have six tattoos & this is by far my most beautiful piece. ive had the tattoo for less than 24 hours & have received at least 30 different compliments. he put a lot of effort into my tattoo & it has really beautiful detail. i love it. i will guaranteed be making another trip down here to texas just for him to finish my sleeve. thank you Will! i will most definitely be back.
