Do not think about going here. I sent my car in to get several things done over the course of a few visits every week. All of it was electrical. They installed everything which took way too long for what it was(headlights and internal lighting) and even then the lights flickered on and off. I went back to get it fixed and they screwed my car up even more. I kept having to get my car jumpstarted every couple days. They didnt fix it after I brought it in and told them the problem. If you value your car and you want good customer service e and someone who wont take your money....do NOT take your car to cat customs. They also have shady business practices...two people were fired during the course of getting my car done. Dude should retire if he doesnt want to work on cars anymore.

Ive been coming to Tomas Salinas for 2 years. All my work has come out excellent and I get stopped all the time with people asking where I have gotten it done. The shop itself has been renovated recently and offers a professional environment while also allowing for privacy where needed. The atmosphere of CATS is very laid back and relaxing. Everyone cares about each piece whether theyre the artist or not. I live in Austin and still make the trip out to Killeen for any work I or my friends need done. Prices are more than fair for the quality and all work is guaranteed. Even if you get stuck in the field day after you get tattood and something happens to your piece, theyll fix it right up.

Artist with good vibes and even better work,down to earth and talented...these arent the typical artists you run into at a rinky dink parlor they work hard and are laid back...the piece I got from charles chapman is worth waaay more than i paid for it. After asking if it was ok he even added extra detail and brought it to life..every one in the shop were cool people and nice with the needle.the shop is clean the needles are new and theyre strict on hygiene..even sent me an email on how to take care of my tat..I recommend this place to anyone looking to get tatted.

Dont go here, want extra money after they tear your car apart. I came in this place for an install on a alarm system, was quote at 250. They called me in a hour and want an extra 175 because it was too hard to do. Wtf!! Have to grind my teeth to pay them cus they alredy tear my car apart. Then I have to leave my car overnite, next mournin came to pick up my car, the owner have take my car out, daid I have to wait for 2 houts. Stillll waitin!! Hope my car is alright!!!!

I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience here! I had gotten my nose piercing done by Angela, which you did an amazing job girl! Hope to get a few more piercings and some tattoos done at this place! Definitely would recommend this place... and prices are not that unreasonable at all at this place either!

Charles Chapmantattoo is the best. I got my 2nd tattoo from him today. He is such a sweet guy and gentle. He did my cousins first tattoo today as well, free hand. Ive never seen that done before. Awesome experience and the tattoo was awesome. Thanks Charles. Number 3 coming up soon!!!

Artists were professional, also laid back and friendly. Very clean. Angela, my friends and I had a good conversation going while getting our piercing done. It helped make the encounter more comfortable. Prices are very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this shop to others.
