I dont even know where to begin. I went in to this place thinking that it could help me to find a reliable car to get to and from work. I told the sales guy that I needed a reliable car because I have two small boys. Well they told me to come back after 90 days at my job. I returned on 7/15 and and I had the deposit they asked for. They talked to me about my credit and that I needed a larger deposit. I was confused because that is not what the ads state, I obviously dont have perfect credit because I am there to purchase a car. If my credit was spotless wouldnt I go somewhere else or already have a car? After a few hours they told me they could work with me and I could look at cars. Enrique showed me like 3 cars that were in pretty interesting shape and one car that was manual and I couldnt drive. I asked if I could see different cars that were on the lot and he told me that if I wanted to see nicer cars I needed to make a bigger deposit. After further discussion Enrique told me that if I made a $1000 deposit in the next two weeks in addition to what I was already putting down I could see more cars. I did the math and agreed. Well I still didnt get to see any of the cars I wanted. Every time I pointed to a car he told me that I would need an even bigger deposit. He showed us a white Nissan Altima. I took it for a test drive and stepped on the gas and the car started to shake. The check engine light came on and I was freaking out. Something like that had never happened to me. I drove back and I told Enrique, his response was "Its probably a fuse we can fix it since all of the cars are under warranty." I told him I didnt want that car. He showed me a Lexus RX300. I test drove it and it seemed fine. At this point I have been there for about 3 hours. So I said that was it and they let us take the car with the assumption I would pay $1000 in two weeks time. Three days after having the truck the check engine light came on. I took it in and they told me I had to make an appointment. Since I work I had to wait until the end of the week to drop it off and be without a car. They told me a hose had broken, but it was fixed now. A couple of days later at Target as I was putting bags in the back of the truck, one of the rods that holds up the trunk door snaps off because of the rust and falls on me. Thankfully on my back and not on my head. l was furious and really disappointed in the car and the people who thought it was okay to sell me this car. Yesterday the car started to grind as I turned left. I took it in to a mechanic because I needed to know if it was safe to drive, the mechanic tells me the timing belt is loose and needs to be replaced that is why the car whistles when it is turned on. He asked me when was the last time the rotors and the brake pads were replaced because they needed to be replaced and possibly the tire rod. I have only had the car for about two weeks. I asked for a reliable car that I could drive to and from work and I could have my kids in. I got a car that isnt worth the money they are asking for. And I know that Auto Warehouse will offer to fix it BUT why should a car that I just purchased that you want over $10,000 for and a $1,500 deposit need that much work? Why would you feel okay with selling someone a car for that much money and know that the car is not reliable? Shouldnt the cars be in the best condition so that this doesnt happen? I feel completely bamboozled and in a worse place then before. As I sat there and waited for an answer when I was there to purchase the car I heard Enrique and Jose as they talked about me in Spanish, they obviously didnt know I speak spanish as they referred to me and my credit. On top of that my contract is dated incorrectly. This has been a nightmare.

About two weeks ago I was on Craigslist look for a nice car and I ran across Roel ad talking about they could help with bad credit. I figured it was worth the call so I called nd talk to him told him my credit history nd how much I could afford to put down he said he was pretty sure he could work with me! However they was about an hour away from me so I ended up going to about 4/5 other places that said with out a doubt they could work with me and come to find out they couldnt! so I called Roel nd the next day I was up there even with my challenged credit repo in the last 6 month they still got me into a very nice 2011 Chrysler 200 I also got oil changes for the life of the loan which is only 28 months. Every single person in there was extremely polite and they really do try they hardest to work with you so if you have really bad credit but a job and ur Just looking for somebody to give you a second chance I say call them and ask for Roel nd tell him I sent you he will make sure you leave happy I promise!

My husband and i recently went here to find a vehicle for myself to use when hes not here so i had transportation for my son and i (Drs appointments ETC) Osiris was one of the nicest ladies i could have ever dealt with, She understood completely what we were looking for and not ONCE did she even act bothered or upset when we test drove many of their cars. If i could ever recommend anyone here i would in a heart beat. They have great priced vehicles they work with you and seem to really care about their customers. For it to be a used lot (We all know their are a lot of shady used car lots) they have an amazing selection, The cars look really well taken care of and run perfect.
