We ordered a used washer/dryer. When they installed it, they scratched our floors, and the FIRST time we used the washer, it leaked on our wood floor and it was banging/shaking so much it scared everyone in the house, it sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. We emailed them a few days after and told them the issues. It took them Forever to reply and we finally were able to set up a time for them to come look at it 2 months later and they said it needs a new motor and we had to pay for it since it was not under warrantee anymore. We reminded them that we informed them of this issue from the beginning (under warranty), they agreed to it and eventually picked it up, telling us it would be ready in 4 days. They never kept us in the loop, everytime we needed an update I would have to call them. 4 days turned into 2 weeks and 2 trips to the laundry mat for me. I kept calling for an update and whenever they scheduled a day to deliver... no call no show...which happened 3 times. No update. And extremely frustrating when I work full time and only have certain days they can deliver. They reminded me that they were "doing this for free and would be the last thing they will do for us." I then reminded them that they "are not doing us a favor by honoring their own warranty." They constantly reminded me that the washer "worked fine when they ran it at the shop," insinuating that it wasnt thier fault that the motor is broken. I called for an update 2 weeks later and they said "Oh ya we just ordered the part." Ugh!! Then they finally got the part but it was "the wrong one." So they had to order the right one and install it. I asked if we could have it by the end of the week because I dont want to go to the laundry mat again. Their response was, "well we only have one technician and he worked last weekend, so I dont know if his wife will let him work this weekend also." WHAT??! What kind of answer is that? I am very understanding and understand when people are short staffed. But dont put me on the backburner and act like you are doing me a favor by doing me this "free" service, which they Should do for free anyway. They are not doing me a favor. They are doing their job... hardly... less than bare minimum! Just keep me informed and say "Hey we are short staffed so we can fix the washer but it will take about 2 weeks." That is all you have to say. Just be honest with me and I will understand. That is all I ask. Anyway, they Finally delivered the washer to us 2 weeks after "fixing" it... and when we ran a load... it LITERALLY HAD/HAS THE SAME PROBLEM. Leaking and banging. Like they didnt do anything. It was such hell dealing with them that we are going to have to resort to someone higher to deal with them to resolve this because they couldnt care less about their customers. STAY AWAY.

sold me "refurbished" appliance that barely worked then provided horrible customer service when trying to use my 30 day warranty. Finally got it back after they took 2 weeks to "fix" it and it literally seemed like they did nothing. still has the exact same problems it did before. such a scam. Never using them again. will be using a different appliance technician to fix it. and they scratched up my hard wood floors!

Today I replace my dryer with a whirlpool from Humphreys Jerry in Ernie were great and the even took the old dryer out for me and replaced it with a new one and it works great I used it tonight its amazing. They even replace the old hose on the Washer for a little fee. Great job guys I will recommend you guys to anyone that needs washer or a dryer
